基于教育分工視角的高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)影響因素研究

【摘要】:隨著1999年以來我國高校的大規(guī)模擴招,我國高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難問題顯現(xiàn),黨和國家高度重視這一問題。因而找出影響高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的因素,提出促進高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的對策和建議,不僅具有理論意義,更具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。因此,本文基于教育分工的視角出發(fā),探究高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的影響因素,以期為這一問題提供新的研究視角和現(xiàn)實啟發(fā)。 本文首先對1999年以來我國高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)率、收入變化以及從事崗位和所在單位性質變化等方面進行了分析,明確了高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀。并總結出我國高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀在“量”上表現(xiàn)為整體就業(yè)率較低,并出現(xiàn)不斷下降的趨勢,在“質”上表現(xiàn)為收入的下降和從事主要勞動力市場崗位比例的降低。 其次,從教育分工的視角出發(fā),系統(tǒng)分析論證了教育分工不合理及由此帶來的人力資本適用性不同二者對高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的影響。得出以下結論:教育分工所表現(xiàn)出的教育者、教育機構和教育行為的劃分和不同,及其所帶來的學科和專業(yè)設置的不同對高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)會產(chǎn)生很大的影響;由教育分工導致的人力資本適用性的強弱也是影響高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的因素之一。 最后,從教育分工合理化和提高人力資本適用性以及政府管理三方面提出了促進高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:With the large-scale enrollment expansion of colleges and universities in China since 1999, the problem of the employment of college graduates appears, and the party and the state attach great importance to this problem. Therefore, to find out the factors that affect the employment of college graduates and to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the employment of college graduates is not only of theoretical and practical significance, but also of great practical significance. Based on the perspective of educational division of labor, this paper explores the factors affecting the employment of university graduates, with a view to providing new perspectives and practical inspiration for this issue.
This paper first analyzes the employment rate, the change of income and the change of the nature of the positions and units in China since 1999. The present situation of the employment of college graduates is clarified, and it is concluded that the employment status of college graduates in China is low in the overall employment rate and has declined continuously. The trend is characterized by a decline in income and a decrease in the proportion of jobs in major labour markets.
Secondly, from the perspective of the division of labor of education, this paper systematically analyzes and demonstrates the influence of the unreasonable division of labor of education and the difference of the applicability of human capital to the employment of college graduates. The following conclusions are drawn: the division and difference of the educator, educational institution and educational line, as well as the subject and specialization brought about by the division of labor in education. The different setting of the industry will have a great influence on the employment of college graduates, and the strength of the applicability of human capital caused by the division of labor of education is also one of the factors that affect the employment of college graduates.
Finally, from the three aspects of rationalization of educational division of labor, enhancement of applicability of human capital and government management, countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the employment of university graduates are put forward.
