漢語國(guó)際教育專業(yè)碩士留學(xué)生培養(yǎng)問題與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,世界范圍內(nèi)掀起了“中國(guó)熱”和“漢語熱”。為了擴(kuò)大海外本土漢語教師隊(duì)伍,2009年,孔子學(xué)院總部向世界各國(guó)志在從事漢語教學(xué)的人士設(shè)立漢語國(guó)際教育專業(yè)碩士獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金,目前獲得此項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的留學(xué)生分布在全國(guó)的82所高校學(xué)習(xí),重慶地區(qū)具備招生資格的是重慶大學(xué)和西南大學(xué),本文采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法等對(duì)重慶地區(qū)MTCSOL(Master of TeachingChinese to Speakers of Other Languages)留學(xué)生培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題、影響因素以及相應(yīng)的對(duì)策展開了系統(tǒng)的研究。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括: (1)概述了MTCSOL留學(xué)生教育發(fā)展的背景,提出了本文研究的意義與目的,界定了MTCSOL留學(xué)生培養(yǎng)相關(guān)概念,在綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀的前提下,確立了本文研究思路與方法。 (2)論述了我國(guó)MTCSOL留學(xué)生項(xiàng)目形成歷程,并從招生、學(xué)科定位、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)方式、課程設(shè)置、實(shí)習(xí)等方面分析了目前的MTCSOL留學(xué)生培養(yǎng)模式。 (3)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,研究結(jié)果表明:①M(fèi)TCSOL留學(xué)生男生人數(shù)只占女生人數(shù)的1/3;主要來自東南亞國(guó)家;年齡主要集中在23~25歲;大部分學(xué)生本科所學(xué)專業(yè)是與漢語相關(guān)的專業(yè);73%的學(xué)生是出于自己的特長(zhǎng)和興趣愛好而選擇漢語國(guó)際教育專業(yè)。②國(guó)務(wù)院學(xué)位委員會(huì)制定的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)基本實(shí)現(xiàn),但學(xué)生對(duì)自己成為一名合格漢語教師的信心不足;③學(xué)生重視語言、文化、技能訓(xùn)練類課程,課程設(shè)置的總體評(píng)價(jià)不高,,實(shí)習(xí)困難;④教師整體素質(zhì)較高,但在中華才藝的教授上比較欠缺或者不夠重視;⑤學(xué)校管理水平有待提高;⑥課程是MTCSOL留學(xué)生教育中最大的問題;⑦大部分學(xué)生畢業(yè)后希望從事與漢語教育相關(guān)的工作。 (4)分析了我國(guó)漢語國(guó)際教育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位設(shè)立的借鑒對(duì)象——英語國(guó)家TESOL,從TESOL協(xié)會(huì)到大學(xué)的TESOL碩士項(xiàng)目,具體分析了它的發(fā)展歷程,目前的師資、學(xué)科定位、課程、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)及方式等,總結(jié)了可以借鑒的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 (5)在調(diào)查和國(guó)外相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了MTCSOL留學(xué)生培養(yǎng)的基本對(duì)策,包括:提高M(jìn)TCSOL留學(xué)生管理質(zhì)量;建設(shè)校本課程,提高課程的實(shí)用性,組建中華文化學(xué)習(xí)興趣小組;建立專業(yè)的教師團(tuán)隊(duì),提高教師的綜合素質(zhì);教學(xué)方法應(yīng)注重學(xué)習(xí)者的需要,重視學(xué)生能力和素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng);擴(kuò)大MTCSOL留學(xué)生招生渠道,吸引更多優(yōu)質(zhì)生源;建立有效的學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)渠道,發(fā)揮實(shí)習(xí)的真正作用;吸納社會(huì)優(yōu)秀資源,多渠道改善高校辦學(xué)條件,營(yíng)造良好的漢語學(xué)習(xí)氛圍。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese economy, Chinese fever and Chinese fever have been set off around the world. In order to expand the pool of overseas Chinese teachers, in 2009, the headquarters of the Confucius Institute set up a Master's Scholarship for International Chinese Education to people from all over the world who are interested in teaching Chinese. At present, the international students who have obtained this scholarship are distributed in 82 colleges and universities in China. Chongqing University and Southwest University are qualified to enroll students in Chongqing. This paper adopts the method of literature research and questionnaire survey. The present situation, problems, influencing factors and corresponding countermeasures of MTCSOL(Master of TeachingChinese to Speakers of Other languages in Chongqing are studied systematically. The main research contents include: 1) this paper summarizes the background of the development of MTCSOL foreign students' education, puts forward the significance and purpose of this study, defines the related concepts of the training of international students in MTCSOL, and establishes the research ideas and methods of this paper on the premise of summarizing the current research situation at home and abroad. This paper discusses the forming process of MTCSOL students' program in China, and analyzes the current training mode of MTCSOL students from the aspects of enrollment, subject orientation, training target mode, course setup, practice and so on. The results show that the proportion of male students to female students is only one third of that of female students, mainly from Southeast Asian countries. The majority of the students majoring in Chinese major are 73% of the students who choose the training target set by the State Council degree Committee of the State Council on the basis of their own specialties and interests. However, the students' confidence in becoming a qualified Chinese teacher is not enough. The students attach importance to the courses of language, culture and skill training, the overall evaluation of the curriculum is not high, and the overall quality of teachers with practical difficulties is relatively high. However, it is the biggest problem in the education of MTCSOL foreign students that the management level of the school needs to be improved, and most of the students hope to engage in the work related to Chinese education after graduation. This paper analyzes the object of reference for the establishment of master's degree in Chinese international education in China, the TESOL Master Program from TESOL Association to University, and its development course, current teachers, subject orientation, curriculum, etc. Training goals and methods, summed up the relevant experience can be used for reference. On the basis of the investigation and the experience of foreign countries, this paper puts forward the basic countermeasures for the cultivation of MTCSOL students, including: improving the management quality of MTCSOL students, constructing school-based courses, improving the practicability of the courses, and setting up Chinese cultural learning interest groups. In order to improve the comprehensive quality of teachers, the teaching methods should pay attention to the needs of learners and the cultivation of students' ability and quality, expand the channels of recruiting students from MTCSOL students, and attract more high-quality students. To establish effective student practice channels, to play the real role of practice, to absorb excellent social resources, to improve the conditions of running a university through various channels, and to create a good atmosphere for learning Chinese.
