【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息服務(wù)的發(fā)展,就業(yè)渠道從傳統(tǒng)實(shí)體招聘會(huì)向網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘方式轉(zhuǎn)變,出現(xiàn)了專門提供就業(yè)信息服務(wù)的就業(yè)網(wǎng)站。大學(xué)生作為求職者中的很大部分,由于社會(huì)關(guān)系、社會(huì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)及實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)缺乏,就業(yè)相對困難�，F(xiàn)有的就業(yè)網(wǎng)站服務(wù)對象多面向所有群體,鮮見專門針對大學(xué)生的就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息服務(wù)。因此,構(gòu)建專門針對大學(xué)生的就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息服務(wù)模式迫在眉睫。 本文在研究國內(nèi)外大學(xué)生就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息服務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)上,得出大學(xué)生就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息服務(wù)中存在的問題,結(jié)合大學(xué)生就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息服務(wù)的需求分析結(jié)果,構(gòu)建大學(xué)生就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息服務(wù)模式。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容如下： 首先,在研究就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息服務(wù)相關(guān)理論和國內(nèi)外大學(xué)生就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息服務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)上,得出大學(xué)生就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息服務(wù)中存在的問題；其次,通過對不同層次大學(xué)生就業(yè)情況地調(diào)研,獲取大學(xué)生對就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息服務(wù)的需求,結(jié)合對現(xiàn)有就業(yè)網(wǎng)站服務(wù)功能、服務(wù)內(nèi)容和服務(wù)策略地分析,明確大學(xué)生就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息服務(wù)所包含的內(nèi)容；然后,結(jié)合最新的數(shù)據(jù)倉庫技術(shù),采用自頂向下的分層設(shè)計(jì)思想構(gòu)建了大學(xué)生就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息服務(wù)模式；最后,提出大學(xué)生就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息服務(wù)模式保障體系,從而保障大學(xué)生就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息服務(wù)模式地實(shí)現(xiàn)。 本文構(gòu)建的大學(xué)生就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息服務(wù)模式主體為專業(yè)的就業(yè)網(wǎng)站設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu),同時(shí)采用三層架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了模式的低耦合性和高度可擴(kuò)展性；采用自頂向下的設(shè)計(jì)思想,清晰地描述了信息用戶、信息服務(wù)者、信息服務(wù)內(nèi)容和信息服務(wù)策略以及這些要素之間的關(guān)系；基于統(tǒng)一的需求,同時(shí)使用個(gè)性化智能Agent技術(shù)、智能搜索引擎技術(shù)及數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)對大學(xué)生就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息服務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)倉庫中的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行檢索和分析,大大提高了個(gè)性化智能服務(wù)的用戶滿意度。
[Abstract]:With the development of the network information service, the employment channel changes from the traditional entity job fair to the network recruitment, and the employment website that provides the employment information service specially appears. As a large part of job seekers, college students are relatively difficult to obtain employment due to the lack of social relations, social experience and practical experience. Most of the existing employment website services are for all groups, and few of them are dedicated to the employment network information service for college students. Therefore, it is urgent to construct the employment network information service mode for college students. On the basis of studying the employment network information service of college students at home and abroad, this paper obtains the problems existing in the employment network information service of college students, and analyzes the demand of the employment network information service for college students. Construct the university student employment network information service pattern. The main contents of this paper are as follows: First of all, on the basis of studying the relevant theories of employment network information service and the employment network information service of college students at home and abroad, the problems existing in the employment network information service of college students are obtained; secondly, Through the investigation of the employment situation of college students at different levels, this paper obtains the demand of college students for the employment network information service, and analyzes the service function, service content and service strategy of the existing employment website. Then, combined with the latest data warehouse technology, using the top-down hierarchical design idea to construct the employment network information service model of college students; finally, This paper puts forward the guarantee system of university students' employment network information service mode, so as to guarantee the realization of university students' employment network information service mode. The main body of the network information service model for college students' employment is the professional employment website design organization. At the same time, the design method of three-tier structure is used to realize the low coupling and high extensibility of the model, and the top-down design idea is adopted. It clearly describes the relationship between information users, information service providers, information service content, information service strategies and these elements, and uses personalized intelligent Agent technology based on unified requirements. The intelligent search engine technology and data mining technology are used to retrieve and analyze the data in the data warehouse of university students' employment network information service, which greatly improves the user satisfaction of the personalized intelligent service.
