大學生就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡信息服務模式研究

【摘要】:隨著網(wǎng)絡信息服務的發(fā)展,就業(yè)渠道從傳統(tǒng)實體招聘會向網(wǎng)絡招聘方式轉變,出現(xiàn)了專門提供就業(yè)信息服務的就業(yè)網(wǎng)站。大學生作為求職者中的很大部分,由于社會關系、社會經(jīng)驗及實踐經(jīng)驗缺乏,就業(yè)相對困難,F(xiàn)有的就業(yè)網(wǎng)站服務對象多面向所有群體,鮮見專門針對大學生的就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡信息服務。因此,構建專門針對大學生的就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡信息服務模式迫在眉睫。 本文在研究國內外大學生就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡信息服務的基礎上,得出大學生就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡信息服務中存在的問題,結合大學生就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡信息服務的需求分析結果,構建大學生就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡信息服務模式。本文的主要研究內容如下: 首先,在研究就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡信息服務相關理論和國內外大學生就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡信息服務的基礎上,得出大學生就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡信息服務中存在的問題;其次,通過對不同層次大學生就業(yè)情況地調研,獲取大學生對就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡信息服務的需求,結合對現(xiàn)有就業(yè)網(wǎng)站服務功能、服務內容和服務策略地分析,明確大學生就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡信息服務所包含的內容;然后,結合最新的數(shù)據(jù)倉庫技術,采用自頂向下的分層設計思想構建了大學生就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡信息服務模式;最后,提出大學生就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡信息服務模式保障體系,從而保障大學生就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡信息服務模式地實現(xiàn)。 本文構建的大學生就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡信息服務模式主體為專業(yè)的就業(yè)網(wǎng)站設計機構,同時采用三層架構設計方法,實現(xiàn)了模式的低耦合性和高度可擴展性;采用自頂向下的設計思想,清晰地描述了信息用戶、信息服務者、信息服務內容和信息服務策略以及這些要素之間的關系;基于統(tǒng)一的需求,同時使用個性化智能Agent技術、智能搜索引擎技術及數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術對大學生就業(yè)網(wǎng)絡信息服務數(shù)據(jù)倉庫中的數(shù)據(jù)進行檢索和分析,大大提高了個性化智能服務的用戶滿意度。
[Abstract]:With the development of the network information service, the employment channel changes from the traditional entity job fair to the network recruitment, and the employment website that provides the employment information service specially appears. As a large part of job seekers, college students are relatively difficult to obtain employment due to the lack of social relations, social experience and practical experience. Most of the existing employment website services are for all groups, and few of them are dedicated to the employment network information service for college students. Therefore, it is urgent to construct the employment network information service mode for college students. On the basis of studying the employment network information service of college students at home and abroad, this paper obtains the problems existing in the employment network information service of college students, and analyzes the demand of the employment network information service for college students. Construct the university student employment network information service pattern. The main contents of this paper are as follows: First of all, on the basis of studying the relevant theories of employment network information service and the employment network information service of college students at home and abroad, the problems existing in the employment network information service of college students are obtained; secondly, Through the investigation of the employment situation of college students at different levels, this paper obtains the demand of college students for the employment network information service, and analyzes the service function, service content and service strategy of the existing employment website. Then, combined with the latest data warehouse technology, using the top-down hierarchical design idea to construct the employment network information service model of college students; finally, This paper puts forward the guarantee system of university students' employment network information service mode, so as to guarantee the realization of university students' employment network information service mode. The main body of the network information service model for college students' employment is the professional employment website design organization. At the same time, the design method of three-tier structure is used to realize the low coupling and high extensibility of the model, and the top-down design idea is adopted. It clearly describes the relationship between information users, information service providers, information service content, information service strategies and these elements, and uses personalized intelligent Agent technology based on unified requirements. The intelligent search engine technology and data mining technology are used to retrieve and analyze the data in the data warehouse of university students' employment network information service, which greatly improves the user satisfaction of the personalized intelligent service.
