高校輔導(dǎo)員介入大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)教育的探究

【摘要】:大學(xué)生是國家和社會(huì)未來發(fā)展的中堅(jiān)力量,他們的法律素質(zhì)的高低直接影響著社會(huì)主義物質(zhì)文明、精神文明、政治文明的建設(shè)進(jìn)程。大學(xué)生(非法學(xué)專業(yè))學(xué)習(xí)基本法律知識(shí)的途徑主要是高校所開設(shè)的《思想道德修養(yǎng)與法律基礎(chǔ)》課程,雖然學(xué)校將這門課設(shè)為公共必修課,也發(fā)放學(xué)習(xí)教材,但涵蓋法律方面的知識(shí)點(diǎn)還是比較簡(jiǎn)單,學(xué)習(xí)的課時(shí)也較少,不能充分滿足學(xué)生日常生活及以后走上社會(huì)的需要。 作為高校的教育者和管理者的雙重身份,高校輔導(dǎo)員擁有對(duì)大學(xué)生的思想政治教育的直接性、基層性、服務(wù)性等特點(diǎn)。因此,高校輔導(dǎo)員介入大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)教育,不僅有助于提高大學(xué)生思想政治教育的實(shí)效性,而且能夠利用輔導(dǎo)員與大學(xué)生朝夕相處的便利條件,將法律素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)落實(shí)在對(duì)大學(xué)生的思想教育和日常管理中,有針對(duì)性地引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生知法、懂法、用法,進(jìn)而幫助大學(xué)生樹立起正確的世界觀、人生觀和價(jià)值觀。 筆者作為一名高校輔導(dǎo)員,以自己的親自經(jīng)歷和工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),從輔導(dǎo)員的角度探究大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)教育,通過研究目前非法律專業(yè)大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)教育的現(xiàn)狀和高校輔導(dǎo)員的工作現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)放法律知識(shí)調(diào)查問卷,找學(xué)生談心談話等方式,探索高校輔導(dǎo)員介入大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)教育的途徑,希望與有意介入大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)教育的輔導(dǎo)員共同努力,在履行輔導(dǎo)員工作職責(zé)中堅(jiān)持對(duì)大學(xué)生法律素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng),提升大學(xué)生的綜合能力,使他們養(yǎng)成學(xué)法守法依法辦事的思維方式和行為習(xí)慣,真正成為社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的合格建設(shè)者與接班人。
[Abstract]:College students are the backbone of the future development of the state and society. Their legal quality directly affects the construction process of socialist material civilization, spiritual civilization and political civilization. The main way for college students (non law majors) to learn basic legal knowledge is the curriculum of "Ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis", which is set up by colleges and universities. But the school takes this course as a compulsory course, and also provides learning materials, but it is still relatively simple to cover the legal knowledge, and the learning time is less. It can not fully meet the daily life of the students and the needs of the future.
As the dual identity of the educator and manager of the University, the college counselor has the characteristics of direct, grass-roots, and service to the ideological and political education of college students. Therefore, the intervention of College Counselors in the legal quality education of college students is not only helpful to improve the effectiveness of College Students' ideological and political education, but also can make use of counselors and big ones. The convenient conditions for students to get along with each other, the training of legal quality in the ideological education and daily management of college students, to guide college students to know the law, understand the law, usage, and then help the students to set up a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values.
As a college counselor, the author, with his own experience and experience, explores the legal quality education of college students from the perspective of the counselors. Through the study of the current status of legal quality education of non legal college students and the present situation of college counselors, the author gives out the questionnaire of legal knowledge and talks about students' conversation and conversation. The college counselor intervenes in the legal quality education of college students, and hopes to work together with the counselors who intentionally intervene in the legal quality education of college students. In the performance of the duties of the counselors, we should adhere to the cultivation of the legal quality of the college students, improve their comprehensive ability, and make them form the thinking and practice of the law keeping law. As a habit, truly become a qualified builder and successor of the socialist cause.
