【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展，信息化手段越來(lái)越深入地運(yùn)用于高校的管理之中。校園一卡通作為數(shù)字化校園的標(biāo)志之一，已經(jīng)成為連接校內(nèi)各類信息管理系統(tǒng)的橋梁，它不僅為師生提供生活學(xué)習(xí)的便利，更使學(xué)校管理提高效率。近年來(lái)，校園一卡通技術(shù)上日趨成熟與完善，功能應(yīng)用在不斷拓展與延伸，但校園一卡通項(xiàng)目投入資金巨大，牽涉部門(mén)多，規(guī)模和復(fù)雜性的加大，使越來(lái)越多的人們認(rèn)識(shí)到要高效率、高質(zhì)量地完成校園一卡通項(xiàng)目，必須要引入科學(xué)的管理方法，將人員、技術(shù)和工具有效地組織起來(lái)。因此，校園一卡通項(xiàng)目的管理成為近幾年高校信息化領(lǐng)域里研究的熱點(diǎn)。本文從高校教育信息化入手，，以高校數(shù)字化校園建設(shè)為背景，結(jié)合贛南師范學(xué)院校園一卡通項(xiàng)目的實(shí)踐，依據(jù)IT項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)，運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理的理論知識(shí)與常用方法，以校園一卡通項(xiàng)目的生命周期為主線，對(duì)校園一卡通項(xiàng)目的可行性分析、規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)施控制、收尾階段等方面進(jìn)行了分析研究，旨在探索適合本校特點(diǎn)的校園一卡通項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施管理辦法，為學(xué)校校園一卡通建設(shè)做出應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。使校園一卡通建設(shè)為促進(jìn)校園信息化建設(shè)、規(guī)范信息基礎(chǔ)、協(xié)調(diào)整合信息資源起積極作用，推動(dòng)學(xué)校相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)流程再造與整體管理體制改革。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, information technology is used more and more deeply in the management of colleges and universities. As one of the symbols of digital campus, Campus Card has become a bridge to connect all kinds of information management system in campus. It not only provides the convenience for teachers and students to study in daily life, but also improves the efficiency of school management. In recent years, the campus one-card technology is becoming more and more mature and perfect, and the function application is constantly expanding and extending. However, the campus one-card project has invested huge funds, involved many departments, and increased the scale and complexity. More and more people realize that it is necessary to introduce scientific management methods and organize the personnel, technology and tools to complete the campus one-card project with high efficiency and high quality. Therefore, the management of campus one-card project has become a hot spot in the field of information technology in colleges and universities in recent years. This paper starts with the informationization of university education, taking the construction of university digital campus as the background, combining the practice of Gannan normal University campus one-card project, applying the theory knowledge and common methods of project management according to the characteristics of IT project. Taking the life cycle of the campus card project as the main line, the feasibility analysis, planning and design, implementation control and closing stage of the campus card project are analyzed and studied. The purpose of this paper is to explore the implementation and management methods of the campus one-card program suitable for the characteristics of our school, and to make due contributions to the construction of one-card in the school campus. Making campus one-card construction play an active role in promoting campus information construction, standardizing information foundation, coordinating and integrating information resources, promoting school related business process reengineering and overall management system reform.
