【摘要】：本文利用2009年北京大學的"高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)調查"及2008年麥可思公司的"全國大學畢業(yè)生就業(yè)調查"數據,將行業(yè)分割納入對中國大學畢業(yè)生性別工資差距的研究。本研究主要利用布朗-穆恩-扎羅斯全因素分解模型進行分析。結果表明,所有行業(yè)中都存在性別收入差距,該差距隨著個體受教育程度的提高而增大。性別收入差距主要由行業(yè)內的性別收入差別導致,而非行業(yè)間的收入差異。此外,行業(yè)內的性別收入差別在本科畢業(yè)生群體中主要來源于行業(yè)內的性別歧視,碩士畢業(yè)生中的性別差異主要是由于性別間的個人特征差異所引起。因此,為了促進勞動力市場中的性別平等,政府應當首先考慮利用那些能改善行業(yè)內部性別歧視情況的政策工具。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of the 2009 Peking University Graduate Employment Survey and the 2008 National Employment Survey of University graduates, this paper studies the gender wage gap among Chinese college graduates. In this study, the Brownian-Moon-Zhalos full-factor decomposition model is used to analyze. The results show that there is a gender income gap in all industries, which increases with the increase of individual education level. The gender income gap is mainly caused by the gender income difference in the industry, not the income difference between the industries. In addition, the gender income difference in the industry is mainly derived from the gender discrimination in the undergraduate graduates, and the gender difference among the master's graduates is mainly caused by the differences of individual characteristics between the sexes. Therefore, in order to promote gender equality in the labour market, governments should first consider using policy tools that can improve gender discrimination in the industry.
