師范生身份建構(gòu)過(guò)程中的職業(yè)認(rèn)同研究

【摘要】:《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》要進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化教育改革發(fā)展的保障措施,就必須努力造就一支師德高尚、業(yè)務(wù)精湛、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、充滿(mǎn)活力的高素質(zhì)專(zhuān)業(yè)化教師隊(duì)伍。而這批教師隊(duì)伍毫無(wú)疑問(wèn)主要從現(xiàn)在的師范生中來(lái),如果能夠幫助師范生加強(qiáng)職業(yè)認(rèn)同,盡早確立教師身份,就會(huì)為他們?cè)缛粘砷L(zhǎng)為合格的高素質(zhì)教師,起到良好的指導(dǎo)作用,對(duì)他們未來(lái)的教師職業(yè)發(fā)展也不無(wú)益處。 本論文在界定清楚師范生職業(yè)認(rèn)同與身份建構(gòu)概念的基礎(chǔ)上,從教育學(xué)、教育社會(huì)學(xué)、教育心理學(xué)、新公共管理學(xué)等多學(xué)科視角,整合提煉出本研究的理論觀點(diǎn)和概念模型,,以期在師范生職業(yè)準(zhǔn)備的教師教育理論和實(shí)踐兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行有益探索。 論文分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分:緒論,主要闡釋選題背景、基本概念、總體設(shè)計(jì);第二部分:師范生身份建構(gòu)過(guò)程中職業(yè)認(rèn)同的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù),主要探討相關(guān)理論背景;第三部分:師范生身份建構(gòu)過(guò)程中職業(yè)認(rèn)同的調(diào)查與分析,主要從社會(huì)、學(xué)校、專(zhuān)業(yè)以及自身等方面查找身份建構(gòu)過(guò)程中的問(wèn)題;第四部分:師范生身份建構(gòu)過(guò)程中職業(yè)認(rèn)同教育的國(guó)外借鑒,主要對(duì)比分析歐美發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家?guī)煼渡矸萁?gòu)中職業(yè)認(rèn)同的教育的相關(guān)情況;第五部分:試提出師范生身份建構(gòu)過(guò)程中職業(yè)認(rèn)同的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:In order to further strengthen the safeguard measures for education reform and development, we must strive to bring up a teacher with high moral integrity, excellent professional skills, and a reasonable structure. Full of vitality and high-quality professional teachers. And there is no doubt that this group of teachers mainly comes from the current normal school students. If we can help normal school students to strengthen their professional identity and establish their identity as teachers as soon as possible, they will become qualified and high-quality teachers at an early date and will play a good guiding role. It's also good for their future career as a teacher. On the basis of defining clearly the concepts of professional identity and identity construction of normal school students, this paper integrates the theoretical views and conceptual models of this study from the perspectives of pedagogy, educational sociology, educational psychology, new public management and so on. The purpose of this paper is to explore the theory and practice of teacher education in normal school students' career preparation. The paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly explains the background, the basic concept and the overall design; the second part: the theoretical and practical basis of professional identity in the process of normal college students' identity construction, mainly discusses the relevant theoretical background; The third part: the investigation and analysis of the professional identity of normal school students in the process of identity construction, mainly from the social, school, professional and their own aspects to find out the problems in the process of identity construction; The fourth part: the foreign reference of the vocational identity education in the process of the normal students' identity construction, mainly compares and analyzes the relevant situation of the vocational identity education in the European and American developed countries. The fifth part: try to put forward the effective way of professional identity in the process of normal school students' identity construction.
