【摘要】：銀河巨型計算機工程團隊在中國巨型計算機工程發(fā)展史上具有舉足輕重的地位。他們不僅研制出以天河一號為代表的世界一流巨型計算機，而且在發(fā)展過程中培養(yǎng)出以慈云桂、周興銘、陳火旺、盧錫城、楊學軍院士為代表的大批卓越工程技術人才。銀河巨型計算機工程團隊的師承研究，對于我國總結(jié)工程技術人才的培養(yǎng)和成才規(guī)律，以及創(chuàng)新型國家建設，具有重要理論意義和現(xiàn)實價值。 在對銀河巨型計算機工程團隊問卷調(diào)查、統(tǒng)計分析及相關訪談基礎上，論文從工程哲學、工程社會學的視角，，系統(tǒng)研究了工程團隊師承關系的相關構成、演變模式、重要特征等。首先，從學校師承、工作師承兩個方面分析其相關構成或演變模式，總結(jié)其重要特征；其次，對銀河巨型計算機工程團隊中精英階層的師承譜系進行了細致地研究，分析了精英階層師承譜系的界定和作用，并從角色多元、領軍帥才、馬太效應三個角度闡述了銀河巨型計算機工程團隊師承譜系的特征；最后，從工程理念傳承、工程知識傳承、工程傳統(tǒng)傳承三個方面論述了銀河巨型計算機工程團隊師承的重要功能及影響，重點對銀河精神的激勵和傳承進行了分析，并對師承關系中存在的問題提出了對策性建議。
[Abstract]:Galactic giant computer engineering team plays an important role in the history of Chinese giant computer engineering. They not only developed a world-class supercomputer represented by Tianhe No. 1, but also cultivated a large number of outstanding engineering and technical personnel represented by Ci Yungui, Zhou Xingming, Chen Huowang, Chen Huowang and Yang Xuejun in the process of development. The study of the Galaxy giant computer engineering team is of great theoretical significance and practical value for summing up the training of engineering and technical talents in our country and for the construction of an innovative country. On the basis of questionnaire survey, statistical analysis and related interviews to the supercomputer engineering team of Galaxy, this paper systematically studies the related composition and evolution model of the teacher-to-student relationship of engineering team from the perspective of engineering philosophy and engineering sociology. Important features, etc First of all, it analyzes its related constitution or evolution model from two aspects of school teacher inheritance and work teacher inheritance, and summarizes its important characteristics. Secondly, it makes a detailed study on the elite lineage of the Galaxy supercomputer engineering team. This paper analyzes on the definition and function of the pedigree of the elite, and expounds the characteristics of the genealogy of the supercomputer engineering team of the Galaxy from the perspectives of multiple roles, leading talents and Matthew effect, and finally, inherits the concept of engineering. This paper discusses the important function and influence of the supercomputer engineering team of the Galaxy in three aspects: the transmission of engineering knowledge and the inheritance of engineering tradition, and analyzes the inspiration and inheritance of the spirit of the Galaxy. At the same time, the author puts forward some countermeasures to the problems existing in the relationship between teachers and students.
