【摘要】：正正確處理學(xué)術(shù)權(quán)力和行政權(quán)力的關(guān)系是完善高校內(nèi)部治理結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵。教育規(guī)劃綱頒布后,"行政力量對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)力量的過度干預(yù)"、"克服行政化傾向"等話題再次成為討論的焦點(diǎn),更引發(fā)大學(xué)管理者和學(xué)者關(guān)于"如何協(xié)調(diào)高校內(nèi)部權(quán)力關(guān)系、優(yōu)化高校治理結(jié)構(gòu)"的理性思考。本文主要是從資源依賴的視角,分
[Abstract]:Correctly dealing with the relationship between academic power and administrative power is the key to improving the internal governance structure of universities. After the promulgation of the education program, the "over intervention of the administrative force to the academic power" and the "overcoming the tendency of administration" have become the focus of the discussion again. It also leads to the university administrators and scholars on "how to coordinate the internal power of the University." The rational thinking of optimizing the governance structure of colleges and universities.
