當(dāng)代大學(xué)生家庭品德教育探析

【摘要】:大學(xué)生的品德培育是高校思想政治教育的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容。進(jìn)入大學(xué)后,一部分家長(zhǎng)開(kāi)始弱化對(duì)子女的家庭教育,沒(méi)有認(rèn)識(shí)到家庭教育應(yīng)該在大學(xué)生品德培養(yǎng)方面發(fā)揮重要作用。21世紀(jì)是知識(shí)和能力激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的世紀(jì),但21世紀(jì)對(duì)人才的要求卻不僅僅只是知識(shí)和能力,它還要求人才具備良好的品德,德才兼?zhèn)、全面發(fā)展。加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生品德素質(zhì)建設(shè),是高素質(zhì)人才成長(zhǎng)的迫切需要。而對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行良好品德的培育僅僅依靠高校思想政治教育的力量顯然是不夠的,大學(xué)生現(xiàn)階段所形成的品德必定和家庭所帶給的影響密不可分。 2004年中共中央國(guó)務(wù)院頒布的《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的意見(jiàn)》給大學(xué)生家庭教育提出了新課題。借助家庭教育的力量對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行品德培育,力求與高校的德育工作形成合力,這樣才能有效促進(jìn)大學(xué)生優(yōu)良品德的形成。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的成才目標(biāo),除了學(xué)校和社會(huì)發(fā)揮作用,必須對(duì)大學(xué)生家庭教育的重要性引起重視,必須要借助家庭教育的力量。大學(xué)生家庭教育有著天然血緣關(guān)系的優(yōu)勢(shì),父母更應(yīng)該發(fā)揮家庭教育在大學(xué)生品德培養(yǎng)方面的作用。家庭品德教育必須勇于承擔(dān)其應(yīng)盡的責(zé)任。正是基于以上思考,本文在借鑒前人已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查方法對(duì)大學(xué)生家庭品德教育現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,并提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,以期推動(dòng)大學(xué)生家庭品德教育相關(guān)理論與實(shí)踐的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。 除導(dǎo)言和結(jié)語(yǔ)外,全文分為四個(gè)部分。第一部分對(duì)大學(xué)生家庭品德教育相關(guān)概念的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了界定;第二部分,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方式,在對(duì)問(wèn)卷結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)分析的基礎(chǔ)之上,介紹了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生家庭品德教育的現(xiàn)狀,包括特點(diǎn)、存在的問(wèn)題、出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題的原因;第三部分,概述優(yōu)化大學(xué)生家庭品德教育的對(duì)策,包括對(duì)大學(xué)進(jìn)行家庭品德教育的科學(xué)原則、主要內(nèi)容、主要方面;第四部分,闡述了有效實(shí)施大學(xué)生家庭品德教育的具體策略,包括大學(xué)生家庭品德教育的可用途徑、教育主體的共同努力。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of college students' moral character is the key content of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. After entering university, some parents began to weaken the family education of their children. They did not realize that family education should play an important role in the cultivation of college students' moral character. The 21st century is a century of fierce competition in knowledge and ability. However, in the 21st century, the demand for talents is not only knowledge and ability, but also good moral character, both moral integrity and all-round development. Strengthening the construction of college students' moral quality is an urgent need for the growth of high-quality talents. However, the cultivation of good moral character of college students is obviously not enough to rely on the strength of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The moral character formed by college students at the present stage must be closely related to the influence brought by their families. The opinions on further strengthening and improving College students' ideological and political Education issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council in 2004 put forward a new subject for college students' family education. With the help of the strength of family education to cultivate the moral character of college students and make every effort to form a joint force with the work of moral education in colleges and universities in order to effectively promote the formation of good moral character of college students. In order to achieve the goal of becoming a talented student, apart from the role of school and society, we must attach importance to the importance of family education of college students and make use of the strength of family education. Family education of college students has the advantage of natural kinship, and parents should play the role of family education in the cultivation of college students' moral character. Family moral education must have the courage to shoulder its due responsibility. Based on the above thinking, this paper analyzes the present situation of college students' family moral education by using questionnaire survey method, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, based on the previous research results. In order to promote the further development of the theory and practice of family moral education of college students. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, the full text is divided into four parts. The first part defines the connotation of the related concepts of college students' family moral education; the second part, through the way of questionnaire, on the basis of statistical and data analysis of the results of the questionnaire, This paper introduces the present situation of contemporary college students' family moral education, including the characteristics, existing problems, the causes of the problems, the third part, summarizes the countermeasures of optimizing the college students' family moral education, It includes the scientific principles, main contents and main aspects of the family moral education in universities. The fourth part expounds the specific strategies for the effective implementation of the family moral education of college students, including the available ways for the family moral education of college students. The common efforts of the main body of education.
