文化間性對高校留學(xué)生教育管理的啟示——基于暨南大學(xué)國際學(xué)院的個案分析

【摘要】:在多元文化的背景下,對高校留學(xué)生的教育管理工作是一種跨文化教育管理,是一種深層次的以服務(wù)為導(dǎo)向的教育管理模式。在高校留學(xué)生教育管理中,管理機(jī)構(gòu)和工作者要積極轉(zhuǎn)變理念,切實提高服務(wù)意識;拓寬文化交流的渠道,深化教育管理模式;賦予留學(xué)生更多的自主權(quán),引導(dǎo)留學(xué)生進(jìn)行有效的"自我管理";倡導(dǎo)文化自律,建立健全留學(xué)生教育管理體制;關(guān)注文化差異和間性特質(zhì),做好留學(xué)生突發(fā)事件的教育管理工作。
[Abstract]:Under the background of multiculturalism, the educational management of foreign students in colleges and universities is a kind of cross-cultural education management, which is a kind of service oriented educational management mode.In the educational management of foreign students in colleges and universities, the management organizations and workers should actively change their ideas, improve their service consciousness, broaden the channels of cultural exchanges, deepen the educational management model, and give more autonomy to foreign students.To guide foreign students to carry out effective "self-management", to advocate cultural self-discipline, to establish and improve the educational management system for foreign students, to pay attention to cultural differences and intersex characteristics, and to do a good job in the educational management of foreign students' emergencies.
