【摘要】：以手機(jī)QQ、微博、微信、微小說、微電影作為傳播媒介代表，以短小精煉作為文化傳播特征的時代被稱為“微時代”�！拔r代”體現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)代社會最新的技術(shù)、理念和文化，，改變了人們的思想觀念和生活方式，創(chuàng)造了信息獲取與傳遞的新方式、新格局。 醫(yī)學(xué)生是國家未來的醫(yī)務(wù)人才，他們肩負(fù)著“健康所系，性命相托”，為人民健康服務(wù)的重任。醫(yī)德教育的目的，就是培養(yǎng)醫(yī)學(xué)生形成高尚的職業(yè)品德，提升全心全意為人民健康服務(wù)的意志和道德水平。“微時代”對新時期醫(yī)學(xué)生醫(yī)德教育帶來深遠(yuǎn)影響。在“微時代”海量信息包圍的今天，醫(yī)學(xué)生接觸的信息會影響他們對事物的態(tài)度，思想活動更具有動態(tài)性、復(fù)雜性。“微時代”更新了醫(yī)德教育的育人觀念，豐富了醫(yī)學(xué)生醫(yī)德教育的內(nèi)容，創(chuàng)新了醫(yī)德教育的方法與途徑。同時，“微時代”也對醫(yī)學(xué)生醫(yī)德觀念的形成、傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)德教育的形式、內(nèi)容及醫(yī)德教育者的主體地位提出挑戰(zhàn)。因此，了解“微時代”特征，探討“微時代”醫(yī)學(xué)生醫(yī)德教育方面存在的問題和對策，有助于我們從一個層面豐富職業(yè)道德教育的理論研究，促進(jìn)醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)發(fā)展。 本論文通過實(shí)證分析的方法對醫(yī)學(xué)生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查和數(shù)據(jù)分析，研究“微時代”醫(yī)學(xué)生醫(yī)德教育存在的問題、原因，在樹立正確的醫(yī)德教育理念、創(chuàng)新醫(yī)德教育方法、豐富醫(yī)德教育內(nèi)容、建強(qiáng)醫(yī)德施教隊(duì)伍等方面提出了醫(yī)學(xué)生醫(yī)德教育的對策，對醫(yī)學(xué)生樹立正確的醫(yī)德觀念，加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)醫(yī)學(xué)院校醫(yī)學(xué)生醫(yī)德教育和培養(yǎng)、提高德育實(shí)效性，解決當(dāng)前醫(yī)療行業(yè)醫(yī)風(fēng)方面存在的突出問題，推動我國醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的健康發(fā)展和社會的和諧進(jìn)步具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The era of cell phone QQQ, Weibo, WeChat, WeChat, micro-fiction, micro-film as media representative, and short and refined as the characteristics of cultural communication is called "micro-era"."Micro Age" embodies the latest technology, concept and culture of modern society, changes people's ideology and life style, and creates a new way and a new pattern of information acquisition and transmission.Medical students are the future medical talents of our country. They shoulder the responsibility of "health department, life trust" and serve the people's health.The purpose of medical moral education is to train medical students to form noble professional morality and to improve their will and moral level of serving people's health wholeheartedly.Micro-age has a profound influence on medical moral education of medical students in the new period.In the "micro-era" of mass information surrounded today, medical students contact information will affect their attitude to things, ideological activities are more dynamic and complex."Micro Age" has updated the educational concept of medical ethics, enriched the contents of medical moral education for medical students, and innovated the methods and approaches of medical ethics education.At the same time, the "micro-era" also challenges the formation of medical ethics of medical students, the form and content of traditional medical ethics education and the main position of medical ethics educators.Therefore, it is helpful for us to enrich the theoretical research of professional ethics education and promote the development of medical science by understanding the characteristics of "micro-age" and discussing the problems and countermeasures in medical ethics education of medical students in "micro-era".This paper carries on the questionnaire survey and the data analysis to the medical student through the empirical analysis method, studies the medical ethics education question, the reason, the establishment correct medical ethics education idea, the innovation medical ethics education method, in "the tiny times" medical student medical ethics education existence question, the reason, in establishes the correct medical ethics education idea, the innovation medical ethics education method.To enrich the contents of medical ethics education and to build a strong medical ethics teaching team, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of medical moral education for medical students, sets up correct medical ethics concept for medical students, strengthens and improves medical moral education and cultivation of medical students in medical colleges and universities, and improves the actual effect of moral education.It is of practical significance to solve the outstanding problems existing in the current medical practice and to promote the healthy development of medical and health care and the harmonious progress of the society in our country.
