思想政治教育溝通障礙及其化解策略研究

【摘要】:思想政治教育溝通是思想政治教育信息的傳遞過程,思想政治教育溝通是在一定的客觀環(huán)境中由具有主觀意識的人發(fā)起參與的,因此,溝通過程不可避免的存在一些來自客觀和主觀方面的障礙因素;馑枷胝谓逃郎贤ㄕ系K,既是推動思想政治教育順利開展的要求,又是實(shí)現(xiàn)思想政治教育教育目標(biāo)的內(nèi)在需要,具有重大的理論價值和實(shí)踐價值。鑒于此,文章立足于學(xué)界對思想政治教育溝通障礙的研究現(xiàn)狀,分三部分對此問題進(jìn)行深入探討。 第一部分:思想政治教育溝通障礙及相關(guān)概念的含義和研究價值。該部分在對思想政治教育溝通的含義進(jìn)行解讀的基礎(chǔ)上,概括出思想政治教育溝通障礙的含義,同時對思想政治教育的構(gòu)成要素和功能進(jìn)行了分析,對研究思想政治教育溝通障礙的理論價值和實(shí)踐價值進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。 第二部分:思想政治教育溝通過程中的障礙及成因分析。該部分主要從四個方面具體分析了思想政治教育溝通過程中的障礙,一是溝通過程中因社會因素生成的障礙;二是溝通者雙方因自身差異生成的障礙;三是溝通過程中因技術(shù)因素生成的障礙;四是溝通過程中因情境因素生成的障礙。根據(jù)上述障礙,深入分析了其形成的原因,為下文提出具有針對性的化解策略奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 第三部分:思想政治教育溝通障礙化解的有效策略。該部分立足于上文對思想政治教育溝通過程中存在的障礙及原因分析,從樹立“以人為本”的溝通理念、培養(yǎng)和提高教育主客體的溝通素質(zhì)、創(chuàng)設(shè)良好的溝通情境這三方面闡述了化解思想政治教育溝通障礙的有效策略。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education communication is the transmission process of ideological and political education information. Ideological and political education communication is initiated by people with subjective consciousness in a certain objective environment.The communication process inevitably has some obstacles from the objective and subjective aspects.It is not only the requirement to promote the smooth development of ideological and political education, but also the internal need to realize the goal of ideological and political education, which has great theoretical and practical value.In view of this, the article based on the academic research on ideological and political education communication obstacles, divided into three parts to explore this problem.The first part: the meaning and research value of communication barriers and related concepts in ideological and political education.Based on the interpretation of the meaning of ideological and political education communication, this part generalizes the meaning of the obstacles to ideological and political education communication, and analyzes the constituent elements and functions of ideological and political education.This paper summarizes the theoretical and practical value of the study of communication barriers in ideological and political education.The second part: ideological and political education in the process of communication obstacles and causes of analysis.This part mainly analyzes the obstacles in the communication process of ideological and political education from four aspects, one is the obstacles caused by social factors in the communication process, the other is the obstacles caused by the differences between the communicators themselves.Third, the obstacles caused by technical factors in the process of communication, and the obstacles caused by situational factors in the process of communication.According to the above obstacles, the causes of the formation are analyzed in depth, which lays the foundation for the following countermeasures.The third part: the effective strategy to resolve the communication obstacle of ideological and political education.This part is based on the above analysis of the obstacles and reasons in the process of ideological and political education communication, from the establishment of "people-oriented" communication concept, to cultivate and improve the quality of communication between the subject and object of education.The effective strategies of solving the communication obstacles of ideological and political education are discussed in three aspects: creating good communication situation.
