《論語》之道德教育思想對當(dāng)代大學(xué)生德育的啟示

【摘要】:本文以指導(dǎo)大學(xué)生的道德教育與實(shí)踐為出發(fā)點(diǎn),就當(dāng)今社會的倫理環(huán)境和當(dāng)代大學(xué)生思想品德現(xiàn)狀為背景,深入淺出的分析大學(xué)生的道德教育應(yīng)該如何從實(shí)踐出發(fā),用正確的理論思想指導(dǎo)大學(xué)生培養(yǎng)積極健康的思想品德,提升當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的道德文化水平,以構(gòu)建更加和諧美好的人文社會,而中國古代經(jīng)典之一的《論語》正是蘊(yùn)含了豐富的教育思想,能夠?qū)Ξ?dāng)代大學(xué)生德育工作有重大影響的一部書。 《論語》是一部有著兩千多年歷史的儒家經(jīng)典名著,它是儒家思想的代表作之一,對中國歷史文化和中華民族的內(nèi)在精神修養(yǎng)有著極其深遠(yuǎn)的影響。本文首先對《論語》中德育的核心理念“仁、義、禮、智、信”五個方面的內(nèi)容做了深入剖析,并提煉出《論語》中德育的五大方法:因材施教、啟發(fā)誘導(dǎo)、寓教于樂、學(xué)思結(jié)合、以身作則,同時將中庸作為指導(dǎo)德育具體實(shí)踐的方針。 本文在對當(dāng)代大學(xué)生于“仁、義、禮、智、信”五個方面的現(xiàn)實(shí)表現(xiàn)及原因分析的基礎(chǔ)上,證明了大學(xué)生的思想品德需要在“仁、義、禮、智、信”五個方面進(jìn)行教導(dǎo)與培養(yǎng),并從家庭、學(xué)校和大學(xué)生自身三個角度分別探究其缺失原因。 從德育教育的內(nèi)容完善,德育方法的傳承與更新,德育實(shí)踐的中庸之道三個方面加強(qiáng)家庭、學(xué)校與社會領(lǐng)域?qū)Υ髮W(xué)生品德的教化。高校教育者在對大學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想道德教育的過程中,要指導(dǎo)其學(xué)會愛人重人、樹立理想、做人處世、寬人嚴(yán)己、慎言力行;同時在加強(qiáng)其理論文化知識的同時,更加注重對當(dāng)代大學(xué)生實(shí)踐能力的培養(yǎng),在實(shí)踐中指導(dǎo)其做人做事,使其更加適應(yīng)社會,,并身體力行用自己的實(shí)際行動為社會做貢獻(xiàn),使其對德育達(dá)到全方面地認(rèn)識,從他律走向自律,更好地踐履《論語》的德育思想。
[Abstract]:Based on the moral education and practice of college students and the background of the present ethical environment and the present situation of college students' moral character, this paper analyzes how the moral education of college students should proceed from practice.In order to build a more harmonious and better humanistic society, the correct theoretical thoughts should be used to guide college students to cultivate positive and healthy ideological and moral character, to enhance the moral and cultural level of contemporary college students, and to build a more harmonious and beautiful humanistic society.The Analects of Analects, one of the ancient Chinese classics, is a book which contains abundant educational thoughts and has great influence on the moral education of contemporary college students.Analects of Confucius (Analects of Analects) is a classic Confucian work with a history of more than two thousand years. It is one of the masterpieces of Confucian thought and has a profound influence on Chinese historical culture and the inner spiritual accomplishment of the Chinese nation.At first, this paper makes a deep analysis of the core idea of moral education in Analects of Confucius "benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom and faith", and extracts five methods of moral education in Analects of Confucius: teaching according to their aptitude, enlightening and inducing, and teaching with pleasure.Combining learning and thinking, setting an example and taking the mean as the guideline to guide the concrete practice of moral education.On the basis of analyzing the realistic performance and reasons of the contemporary college students in "benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom and faith", this paper proves that the ideological and moral character of college students should be taught and cultivated in the five aspects of "benevolence, righteousness, propriety, intelligence and faith".And from the family, school and college students themselves from three angles to explore the reasons for its lack.From the aspects of perfecting the content of moral education, inheriting and renewing the methods of moral education, strengthening the moral education of college students in the fields of family, school and society, we should strengthen the moral education of college students in the practice of moral education.In the process of carrying out ideological and moral education for college students, college educators should guide them to learn to love and respect people, to set up ideals, to be human beings, to be strict with others, to be careful in their words and deeds, and at the same time to strengthen their theoretical and cultural knowledge.Pay more attention to the cultivation of the practical ability of contemporary college students, guide them to behave and do things in practice, make them adapt to the society, and make their own actual actions to contribute to the society, so that they can realize the moral education in all aspects.From heteronomy to self-discipline, we can better practice the moral education thought of Analects of Confucius.
