【摘要】：大學(xué)階段是人生的黃金時期，是大學(xué)生道德養(yǎng)成的關(guān)鍵時期。然而在社會轉(zhuǎn)型時期，大學(xué)生在日常的學(xué)習(xí)和生活中卻出現(xiàn)了與之身份不相匹配的不道德現(xiàn)象。目前，我國高校道德養(yǎng)成教育仍然存在重智育輕德育、針對性不夠強(qiáng)、實效性比較差、時代性不明顯等問題，，由于家庭道德養(yǎng)成教育的功利、高校道德養(yǎng)成教育的脫節(jié)、社會道德養(yǎng)成教育的困擾以及學(xué)生自我教育的弱化等方面的影響，大學(xué)生道德養(yǎng)成教育效果并不明顯。所以，探索出行之有效的大學(xué)生道德養(yǎng)成教育途徑勢在必行。 大學(xué)生道德養(yǎng)成教育作為高校道德教育的重要內(nèi)容，它既是規(guī)范性教育也是糾偏性教育，既是示范性教育也是主體性教育，既是實踐性教育也是陶冶性教育。大學(xué)生道德養(yǎng)成教育對于中華傳統(tǒng)美德的繼承和發(fā)揚，良好道德風(fēng)尚的傳播和弘揚，大學(xué)生健全道德人格的塑造，以及教育“不教而教”目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)都有著重要的意義。在社會轉(zhuǎn)型時期，大學(xué)生道德養(yǎng)成教育必須緊跟時代步伐，在社會主義核心價值觀統(tǒng)領(lǐng)下，將“愛國、誠信、友善、敬業(yè)”作為大學(xué)生道德養(yǎng)成教育的價值目標(biāo)，創(chuàng)設(shè)大學(xué)生道德養(yǎng)成教育的良好環(huán)境，通過德業(yè)兼修與知行合一、師德熏陶與學(xué)生感化、漸次滲透與合力助推、慎獨慎微與內(nèi)省內(nèi)化等主要路徑從而使大學(xué)生道德養(yǎng)成教育取得實效。
[Abstract]:The university stage is the golden period of life and the key period of moral cultivation of college students.However, in the period of social transformation, college students in their daily study and life with their identity does not match the unethical phenomenon.At present, there are still some problems in moral cultivation education in colleges and universities in our country, such as attaching importance to intellectual education, neglecting moral education, not having strong pertinence, poor actual effect, not obvious in times, and so on. Because of the utility of family moral cultivation education, the moral cultivation education in colleges and universities is disjointed.Because of the puzzlement of social moral cultivation education and the weakening of students' self-education, the effect of moral cultivation education on college students is not obvious.Therefore, it is imperative to explore an effective way to cultivate moral education for college students.As an important part of moral education in colleges and universities, moral cultivation education of college students is not only normative education but also deviation correction education, demonstration education and subjectivity education, practical education and edifying education.Moral cultivation education of college students is of great significance to the inheritance and development of Chinese traditional virtues, the spread and promotion of good moral customs, the shaping of sound moral personality of college students, and the realization of the goal of "teaching without teaching".In the period of social transformation, the moral cultivation education of college students must keep pace with the times. Under the guidance of socialist core values, "patriotism, honesty, friendliness and dedication" are regarded as the value goals of moral cultivation education for college students.To create a good environment for college students' moral cultivation education, through the integration of moral education with knowledge and practice, teachers' moral edification and students' influence, gradual infiltration and joint efforts to promote,The main paths of caution and introspection make the moral cultivation education of college students effective.
