【摘要】：高校的根本任務(wù)是培養(yǎng)人才,如何培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新人才是高校面臨的新課題。堅(jiān)持以文化人,培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新人才,是教育文化本性的必然要求。培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新人才要遵循人才成長(zhǎng)規(guī)律。建設(shè)創(chuàng)新文化,培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新人才,需要樹立國(guó)際意識(shí)和世界眼光,提高本土文化創(chuàng)新因子含量;需要建設(shè)社會(huì)創(chuàng)新文化,優(yōu)化大學(xué)文化育人環(huán)境;需要建設(shè)大學(xué)創(chuàng)新文化,培植適宜創(chuàng)新人才成長(zhǎng)的土壤,重點(diǎn)建設(shè)崇尚創(chuàng)新的精神文化、自覺(jué)創(chuàng)新的行為文化、保障創(chuàng)新的制度文化、鼓勵(lì)創(chuàng)新的環(huán)境文化。
[Abstract]:The basic task of colleges and universities is to train talents, and how to cultivate innovative talents is a new task that colleges and universities face.It is the inevitable requirement of the nature of education culture to insist on the cultivation of creative talents by cultural people.The training of innovative talents should follow the law of talent growth.In order to build innovative culture and cultivate innovative talents, we need to set up international consciousness and world vision, raise the content of local cultural innovation factors, construct social innovation culture, optimize the educational environment of university culture, and construct university innovation culture.Cultivating the soil suitable for the growth of innovative talents, focusing on building the spiritual culture of advocating innovation, consciously innovating the behavior culture, ensuring the innovative institutional culture and encouraging the innovative environmental culture.
