【摘要】：國際化作為21世紀(jì)世界高等教育發(fā)展的一個重要趨勢,已得到世界各國的普遍認(rèn)同和高度重視。《國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010—2020年)》提出要擴(kuò)大教育對外開放、加強(qiáng)教育對外合作交流,《江西省中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》中更是進(jìn)一步明確了江西省高校辦學(xué)國際化未來發(fā)展目標(biāo)：“要不斷提升江西省高校教育國際服務(wù)水平；大力發(fā)展江西留學(xué)生教育；到2020年,打造一批具有較高水平的中外合作辦學(xué)項目,創(chuàng)辦高水平國際合作學(xué)院”。本研究試圖探秘高校辦學(xué)國際化的理論淵源,總結(jié)國內(nèi)外學(xué)者代表性觀點特別是江西的研究成果,并依據(jù)江西高校實際,確定江西省高校辦學(xué)國際化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析維度。然后綜合運(yùn)用教育科學(xué)研究方法對江西省高校辦學(xué)國際化的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查與問題分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出推動江西省高校辦學(xué)國際化發(fā)展的若干建議與對策。本研究有四個主要部分： 第一部分主要是研究源起與文獻(xiàn)綜述。通過梳理國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對高校辦學(xué)國際化的相關(guān)研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)歐美國家對此已形成相對成熟的理論,我國主要集中在中國高校辦學(xué)國際化問題基礎(chǔ)性研究與應(yīng)用性政策研究方面。目前,針對江西省高校辦學(xué)國際化的研究還缺乏從整體發(fā)展、全局視角的考察。 第二部分主要對高校辦學(xué)國際化的概念作出了界定,對高校辦學(xué)國際化要素進(jìn)行了分析。關(guān)于高校辦學(xué)國際化概念的考察,基本上是從“活動途徑”、“能力途徑”、“氛圍途徑”以及“過程途徑”等四種角度加以解釋的。高校辦學(xué)國際化要素主要包括國際化的教育理念、國際化的課程、國際化的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、國際化的人員交流、國際化的學(xué)術(shù)與科研合作等。 第三部分是本文分析的重點：結(jié)合江西省高校辦學(xué)國際化的發(fā)展實際,主要從江西省高校中外合作辦學(xué)現(xiàn)狀、江西省來華留學(xué)教育情況、江西省高校教育對外交流情況等幾方面對江西省高校辦學(xué)國際化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,以求以點帶面一窺江西省高校辦學(xué)國際化發(fā)展全貌。 第四部分內(nèi)容——江西省高校辦學(xué)國際化問題與對策。當(dāng)前江西省高校辦學(xué)國際化發(fā)展中存在高校對外合作廣度、深度不夠；來華留學(xué)教育規(guī)模偏小,生源總體質(zhì)量不高；對港澳臺區(qū)域教育交流力度不夠；聘請外籍教師多為短期而缺乏在贛長期工作的高級學(xué)者等幾大主要問題。對此本文提出提高教育對外合作與交流層次,擴(kuò)大教育對外合作與交流深度；優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)、提升江西省來華留學(xué)教育發(fā)展內(nèi)涵；利用區(qū)域優(yōu)勢,深化港澳臺教育交流；統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃、協(xié)調(diào)高校辦學(xué)國際化發(fā)展等對今后江西省高校辦學(xué)國際化發(fā)展的幾點建議。
[Abstract]:Strengthening the cooperation and exchange of education with foreign countries, the outline of the medium and long term Education Reform and Development Plan of Jiangxi Province 2010-2020 further clarifies the future development goal of the internationalization of running a university in Jiangxi Province: "We should constantly upgrade the international service level of education in Jiangxi Province;"By 2020, we will create a number of Sino-foreign cooperative educational projects and establish a high-level international cooperation college.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the internationalization of colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province, the author puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to promote the internationalization of running colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province.There are four main parts in this study:The first part is the origin of the study and literature review.By combing the relevant researches on the internationalization of running schools at home and abroad, it is found that the European and American countries have formed relatively mature theories on this, and our country mainly focuses on the basic research and applied policy research on the internationalization of running schools in Chinese colleges and universities.At present, the research on the internationalization of running colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province lacks the overall development and overall perspective.The second part mainly defines the concept of internationalization of colleges and universities, and analyzes the elements of internationalization.The investigation on the concept of internationalization of running a university is basically explained from the four angles of "activity way", "ability way", "atmosphere way" and "process way".The internationalization elements of running a university mainly include the educational idea of internationalization, the course of internationalization, the training goal of internationalization, the exchange of international personnel, the cooperation of academic and scientific research and so on.The third part is the focus of this paper: combining with the actual development of the internationalization of colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province, mainly from the current situation of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools in Jiangxi Province, the situation of Jiangxi Province studying abroad in China.This paper analyzes the current situation of the internationalization development of colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province in order to get a glimpse of the overall situation of the internationalization development of colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province.The fourth part-the internationalization of colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province and its countermeasures.The main problems of employing foreign teachers are short-term and lack of senior scholars working in Jiangxi.Some suggestions on the internationalization development of colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province.
