【摘要】：現(xiàn)代的信息技術(shù)在改變教育模式的同時也促使大量數(shù)字教育資源的出現(xiàn)，目前這些以指數(shù)級數(shù)增長的、多樣的教育資源由于缺少統(tǒng)一的資源管理標準，教師與學(xué)生無法準確、高效地利用這些教育資源，使得這些資源沒有完全的發(fā)揮出它們的作用。 為此，本文從高等教育教學(xué)資源管理的角度，借鑒了國家對教育資源分類的標準，，提出了更為細化的相關(guān)教育資源分類標準。采用基于知識管理的方法對高等教育資源進行管理，并對其中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)格式轉(zhuǎn)換的方法進行了研究。在各高校都大力推進數(shù)字化校園建設(shè)的背景下，該管理方法將會加速高校教育信息化的進程，降低資源的開發(fā)成本，提高資源利用率，使資源發(fā)揮的作用最大化。具體研究內(nèi)容如下： 從現(xiàn)代教育教學(xué)中的資源入手，研究相關(guān)教學(xué)資源的分類與特點，并以此作為管理的對象。在現(xiàn)有教育教學(xué)資源分類基礎(chǔ)上，將教育教學(xué)資源分類細化。在研究教育資源建設(shè)規(guī)范及相應(yīng)信息技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，總結(jié)了教育信息資源整合的基本原則和整合原理，并采用基于知識管理的高等教育教學(xué)資源的管理方法。給出了對教學(xué)資源的分類標準語。介紹了知識獲取、知識分類、知識組織、知識定位、知識共享/傳遞、知識創(chuàng)新和知識評價的整個過程。由于產(chǎn)生或者標準的不同，導(dǎo)致音頻資源而出現(xiàn)多種多樣的數(shù)據(jù)存儲格式。為此，研究了統(tǒng)一的音頻數(shù)據(jù)格式轉(zhuǎn)換方法。制定“規(guī)則的規(guī)則”，即給出音頻數(shù)據(jù)資源的描述標準，并以此為依據(jù)，對音頻數(shù)據(jù)進行描述，從而進行數(shù)據(jù)的格式轉(zhuǎn)換。設(shè)計并開發(fā)了基于知識管理的高等教育教學(xué)資源管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)對教學(xué)資源的管理。該系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)，驗證了本文研究方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:Modern information technology not only changes the educational model, but also promotes the emergence of a large number of digital educational resources. At present, these educational resources, which increase exponentially, are unable to be accurate because of the lack of a unified resource management standard. Efficient use of these educational resources, so that these resources do not fully play their role. Therefore, from the perspective of the management of teaching resources in higher education, this paper draws lessons from the national standards for the classification of educational resources. A more detailed classification standard of educational resources is put forward. The method based on knowledge management is used to manage the resources of higher education. Under the background of promoting the construction of digital campus, the management method will accelerate the process of university education informatization and reduce the development cost of resources. Improve the utilization of resources to maximize the role of resources. The specific contents of the study are as follows:. Starting with the resources in modern education and teaching, this paper studies the classification and characteristics of relevant teaching resources, and takes them as the objects of management. On the basis of studying the construction standard of educational resources and the corresponding information technology, this paper summarizes the basic principles and principles of the integration of educational information resources. The standard language of teaching resources is given. Knowledge acquisition, knowledge classification, knowledge organization, knowledge orientation, knowledge sharing / transfer are introduced. The whole process of knowledge innovation and knowledge evaluation. As a result of the emergence or different standards, there are a variety of data storage formats resulting from audio resources. In this paper, the uniform method of audio data format conversion is studied. "rules of rules" are established, that is, the description standard of audio data resources is given, and based on this, audio data is described. The system realizes the management of teaching resources in higher education. The realization of the system verifies the feasibility of the research method in this paper.
