【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,其中人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)成為競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的熱點(diǎn)和焦點(diǎn)。要提高我國(guó)高等教育的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,為社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的蓬勃發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)順利開展培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)全面發(fā)展的合格人才,就必須加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)。綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)是以全面提高大學(xué)生的思想道德品質(zhì)、科學(xué)文化素質(zhì)、專業(yè)素質(zhì)、身心素質(zhì)和有效培養(yǎng)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新能力為主要內(nèi)容的培養(yǎng)活動(dòng),在此過程中始終把大學(xué)生自身綜合素質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)的完善與提高作為根本任務(wù),從整體上提高高校人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量。隨著高等教育制度的不斷改革和完善,大學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)雖然有了一定的改善和提高,但仍存在著許多不適應(yīng)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的問題和缺陷。如何克服缺陷、解決問題,培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)已成為中國(guó)高校教育改革事業(yè)的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。 針對(duì)以上背景,本文首先闡釋了關(guān)于我國(guó)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的基本概念及我國(guó)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的相關(guān)理論等。解釋了素質(zhì)的含義以及我國(guó)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的內(nèi)涵。闡明了培養(yǎng)我國(guó)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的原則。緊接著介紹了馬克思、恩格斯等關(guān)于這一問題提出的具代表性的理論觀點(diǎn),并闡述了本論文的基本理論依據(jù),即我國(guó)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)問題提出的理論支撐。其次分析了我國(guó)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀、培養(yǎng)過程當(dāng)中存在的問題及原因,并針對(duì)這些問題,結(jié)合問題產(chǎn)生的原因,最終給出了培養(yǎng)我國(guó)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的對(duì)策,提出了我國(guó)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的實(shí)踐途徑。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the competition in the world is becoming more and more fierce, among which the competition for talents has become the hot spot and focus of the competition. In order to improve the competitiveness of higher education in our country, For the vigorous development of social economy and the smooth development of modernization, it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of comprehensive quality of college students, which is to improve the ideological and moral quality of college students in an all-round way. Scientific and cultural quality, professional quality, physical and mental quality and effective cultivation of the practical and innovative ability of contemporary college students are the main contents of the training activities. In the process, the perfection and improvement of the comprehensive quality structure of college students is always regarded as the fundamental task. With the continuous reform and improvement of the higher education system, the comprehensive quality training of college students has been improved and improved to a certain extent. However, there are still many problems and defects that do not adapt to the development of social economy. How to overcome the defects, solve the problems and cultivate the comprehensive quality of college students has become the urgent task of the educational reform in Chinese universities. In view of the above background, This paper first explains the basic concept of the comprehensive quality of contemporary college students in China and the relevant theories of the comprehensive quality of contemporary college students in our country, and explains the meaning of the quality and the connotation of the comprehensive quality of the contemporary college students in our country. To understand the principles of cultivating the comprehensive quality of contemporary college students in China. Engels and others put forward the representative theoretical point of view on this issue, and elaborated the basic theoretical basis of this paper, That is, the theoretical support of the comprehensive quality cultivation of contemporary college students in China. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of the comprehensive quality cultivation of contemporary college students in China, the problems and reasons in the process of cultivation, and aims at these problems. Combined with the causes of the problems, this paper finally puts forward the countermeasures to cultivate the comprehensive quality of the contemporary college students in China, and puts forward the practical ways of cultivating the comprehensive qualities of the contemporary college students in our country.
