【摘要】：馬克思主義中國化已經(jīng)取得了豐碩的成果，比如毛澤東思想、鄧小平理論等等，當代中國馬克思主義大眾化也已經(jīng)成為一個熱點。那么，研究新疆高校當代中國馬克思主義大眾化問題就是一個前沿而尖端的課題了。本文正是立足于此，力圖對當代中國馬克思主義大眾化的基本內(nèi)涵進行闡釋，從社會環(huán)境、地理環(huán)境、教育內(nèi)容和教育對象等幾個方面來描述影響新疆高校當代中國馬克思主義大眾化的特殊之處，并由此提出新疆高校當代中國馬克思主義大眾化的重要意義，即它是增強馬克思主義信仰的吸引力和凝聚力的客觀需要；是實現(xiàn)新疆各族大學生國家認同和民族認同相統(tǒng)一，新疆跨越式發(fā)展和長治久安的重要思想保證；是造就優(yōu)秀社會主義事業(yè)建設者和接班人的必然要求。 接著文章分別從新疆高校馬克思主義大眾化的主體、客體及介體的現(xiàn)狀及分析入手，即從新疆高校馬克思主義理論宣傳隊伍、新疆高校大學生的思想現(xiàn)狀、馬克思主義大眾化宣傳教育渠道等方面著重論述及分析了新疆高校推進當代中國馬克思主義大眾化進程的現(xiàn)狀，并在此基礎上闡明新疆高校推進當代中國馬克思主義大眾化需堅持以學生為本、理論教育與社會實踐相結合、尊重差異包容多樣等原則，，以及從理論傳播方式、教育方式等方面構建適應新疆高校大學生特點的推進當代中國馬克思主義大眾化的方法，最終針對現(xiàn)狀中的問題提出新疆高校推進當代中國馬克思主義大眾化的途徑，即：加強馬克思主義大眾化的機制建設；加強馬克思主義理論隊伍建設；充分發(fā)揮思想政治教育理論課的主導作用；多渠道開展馬克思主義大眾化宣傳教育。機制建設包括保障機制建設、激勵機制建設、評估機制建設三個方面。理論隊伍建設指通過優(yōu)化選拔制度、加大培訓力度、加強專業(yè)化隊伍建設等手段提高馬克思主義理論隊伍的層次、科研能力、理論水平和梯隊建設水平。從加強學科建設、提高理論課教師素質水平、教學能力和推進理論課程改革等方面來發(fā)揮思想政治教育理論課的主導作用。充分挖掘大學生理論社團和學生黨支部、校園文化建設、網(wǎng)絡媒體等多渠道，全面推進新疆高校當代中國馬克思主義大眾化。
[Abstract]:The Sinicization of Marxism has already achieved fruitful results, such as Mao Zedong's thought, Deng Xiaoping's theory, and so on. The popularization of Marxism in contemporary China has also become a hot spot. The research on the popularization of Marxism in contemporary China in Xinjiang universities is a cutting-edge subject. This paper is based on this, trying to explain the basic connotation of the popularization of Marxism in contemporary China, and from the social environment, The geographical environment, educational contents and educational objects are used to describe the special features that affect the popularization of Marxism in contemporary China in Xinjiang universities and colleges, and the significance of the popularization of Marxism in contemporary China in colleges and universities in Xinjiang is put forward. That is to say, it is the objective need to strengthen the attraction and cohesion of Marxist belief, is the important ideological guarantee to realize the unity of national identity and national identity of college students of all nationalities in Xinjiang, and to develop Xinjiang by leaps and bounds and to keep peace for a long time. It is the inevitable requirement of bringing up excellent socialist builders and successors. Then the article starts with the current situation and analysis of the subject, object and medium of the popularization of Marxism in Xinjiang universities, that is, from the propaganda team of Marxism theory in Xinjiang colleges and universities, the ideological status of college students in Xinjiang. This paper mainly discusses and analyzes the current situation of Xinjiang colleges and universities in promoting the popularization of Marxism in contemporary China in aspects of the channels of propaganda and education of Marxism popularization. On this basis, it is expounded that Xinjiang colleges and universities should adhere to the principles of student-oriented, theoretical education combined with social practice, respect for diversity and diversity of differences, and the way of theoretical dissemination in order to promote the popularization of Marxism in contemporary China. In the aspects of education methods and other aspects, the author constructs a method to promote the popularization of Marxism in contemporary China in accordance with the characteristics of college students in Xinjiang, and finally puts forward a way for Xinjiang colleges and universities to promote the popularization of Marxism in contemporary China in view of the problems in the present situation. That is, strengthening the mechanism construction of Marxism popularization, strengthening the construction of Marxist theory team, giving full play to the leading role of ideological and political education theory course; The construction of the mechanism includes three aspects: the construction of the safeguard mechanism, the construction of the incentive mechanism, and the construction of the evaluation mechanism. The construction of the theoretical contingent refers to the strengthening of training through the optimization of the selection system. Strengthening the construction of specialized teams and other means to improve the level of Marxist theoretical team, scientific research ability, theoretical level and echelon construction level. To give full play to the leading role of the ideological and political education theory course in the aspects of teaching ability and promoting the reform of the theoretical curriculum, and to fully tap the various channels such as university students' theoretical associations and student party branches, the construction of campus culture, the network media, etc. We will comprehensively promote the popularization of Marxism in contemporary China in Xinjiang's universities and colleges.
