【摘要】：當前中國正正在發(fā)生著廣泛而深刻的變革,我國已經(jīng)進入了改革發(fā)展的關鍵時期,社會的各個層面都在進行自身的調(diào)整與轉(zhuǎn)軌。集中體現(xiàn)為“四個深刻變化”,即經(jīng)濟體制深刻變革,社會結(jié)構(gòu)深刻變動,利益格局深刻調(diào)整,思想觀念深刻變化。在當前改革發(fā)展關鍵時期的背景下,在新的就業(yè)形勢下,大學生就業(yè)問題成為全社會普遍關注的熱點問題�！八膫�深刻變化”對大學生的擇業(yè)觀產(chǎn)生了重要的影響,大學生擇業(yè)觀呈現(xiàn)出一些新的特點和發(fā)展趨勢。正確的擇業(yè)觀是大學生順利就業(yè)的前提和保證。引導大學生樹立科學、成熟的擇業(yè)觀是新形勢下促進就業(yè)的一項艱巨任務。本文深刻解讀“四個深刻變化”對大學生擇業(yè)觀的影響,并在此基礎上,為“四個深刻變化”背景下大學生擇業(yè)觀問題提出針對性、時效性、可操作性強的對策建議。 本文分為四個部分。第一部分：引言,對文章基本情況進行概述。包括本文的研究背景、研究意義、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究思路和研究方法以及創(chuàng)新之處。第二部分：對“四個深刻變化”理論體系進行深刻解讀；基于社會學、教育學、心理學等學科背景,闡述了大學生擇業(yè)觀的內(nèi)涵,分析了大學生擇業(yè)觀的特征與功能。第三部分：深入探討“四個深刻變化”對大學生擇業(yè)觀的影響。本部分深刻分析了“四個深刻變化”的每一個方而對大學生擇業(yè)觀的影響,在闡述帶來的積極影響的同時,也分析了消極的影響,對“四個深刻變化”影響下的大學生擇業(yè)觀現(xiàn)狀有了清晰的了解,同時也擴展了大學生擇業(yè)觀影響因素研究的深度和廣度。第四部分：提出“四個深刻變化”背景下大學生擇業(yè)觀問題的對策研究。主要從客觀地看待當今“四個深刻變化”背景下的就業(yè)形勢,正確認識自我,樹立正確的擇業(yè)觀念；加強當代大學生的擇業(yè)觀教育；充分發(fā)揮社會的客觀保障作用這三個方而提出對策,力求為高校大學生的擇業(yè)思想與擇業(yè)行為提供一些合理化的建議,促進大學生順利就業(yè),使他們早日成為社會有用之才。
[Abstract]:At present, China is undergoing extensive and profound changes. China has entered a critical period of reform and development. All levels of society are undergoing their own adjustment and transformation. They are embodied in the "four profound changes", namely, profound changes in the economic system, profound changes in the social structure, and profound adjustments in the pattern of interests. This paper deeply interprets the influence of "four profound changes" on college students' view of employment, and on this basis, This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for college students' view of employment under the background of "four profound changes", such as pertinence, timeliness and maneuverability. This paper is divided into four parts. The fourth part: put forward the countermeasure research of college students' view of employment under the background of "four profound changes".
