高?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)分析與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)的迅速發(fā)展,科學(xué)技術(shù)對(duì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的推動(dòng)作用越來(lái)越顯著,個(gè)人已經(jīng)難以單獨(dú)完成很多社會(huì)工作,取而代之的是團(tuán)隊(duì)發(fā)展模式。實(shí)踐證明,高校這一社會(huì)學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)的主要參加者和推動(dòng)者,是我國(guó)科研體系的重要組成部分。而生存于高?蒲猩鷳B(tài)環(huán)境中的高?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì),作為現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度下的一種新型基層學(xué)術(shù)組織,已然成為承擔(dān)高素質(zhì)創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)任務(wù)的前沿陣地。高校內(nèi)部、高校間各團(tuán)隊(duì)及其所處環(huán)境共同組成了高?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的健康、高效與否直接關(guān)系到其研究成果和存在價(jià)值。與此同時(shí),該系統(tǒng)內(nèi)又容易出現(xiàn)資源再分配不均、生物多樣性(科研人員構(gòu)成的多樣性)等不協(xié)調(diào)問題,不斷沖擊著該系統(tǒng)的生態(tài)平衡。如何充分了解高?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)并對(duì)其進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,以保障其健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展尤顯重要。鑒于此,本文以高校科研團(tuán)隊(duì)及其成員為研究對(duì)象,,基于生態(tài)學(xué)、系統(tǒng)論、需求理論,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于高校科研團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)的研究現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成因素、運(yùn)作模式、影響因素、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素和成因、評(píng)價(jià)方式、優(yōu)化機(jī)制和對(duì)策分別進(jìn)行了研究,成果包括: 一、對(duì)應(yīng)于我國(guó)高校科研團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成因素,分析了高?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)成員的物種特性,識(shí)別了高?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)的數(shù)量特征、空間特征等種群共性特征及學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人的帶動(dòng)作用、團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)部的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作和團(tuán)隊(duì)氛圍等獨(dú)有特點(diǎn),探討了對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成要素進(jìn)行合理配置的方法,以實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部高校科研團(tuán)隊(duì)各要素的配置在屬性關(guān)系、數(shù)量規(guī)模、時(shí)間順序和空間地域上的優(yōu)化,構(gòu)建一個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定、功能高效并持續(xù)發(fā)展的學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)。 二、著眼于我國(guó)高?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)作模式,劃分出高校科研團(tuán)隊(duì)構(gòu)建和運(yùn)作的不同模式,明確具有生物種群特征的高?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)之間、團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)各成員之間存在一定的共生關(guān)系,運(yùn)用生態(tài)學(xué)中的lotka-Volterra模型對(duì)高?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)部存在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)合作關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析,并依據(jù)學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)協(xié)同演化過(guò)程,構(gòu)建了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性協(xié)同演化模型、合作性協(xié)同演化模型和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)合作協(xié)同演化模型,探索了各種情形下的穩(wěn)定結(jié)點(diǎn),以實(shí)現(xiàn)高?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)合作平衡,促進(jìn)高校科研團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康可持續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。 三、圍繞我國(guó)高校科研團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的影響因素,通過(guò)問卷調(diào)查和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,對(duì)各影響因素的重要程度加以排序,同時(shí)關(guān)注于它們?cè)诓煌尘白兞肯碌牟町愋燥@著程度,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,從高校科研團(tuán)隊(duì)成員視角出發(fā),考察高?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)的管理現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)行對(duì)應(yīng)差異性的顯著程度判斷,以用于改進(jìn)團(tuán)隊(duì)管理和優(yōu)化團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)行。 四、針對(duì)我國(guó)高?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn),分別從個(gè)體、團(tuán)隊(duì)和學(xué)術(shù)環(huán)境三個(gè)層面分析了存在于高校科研團(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的表現(xiàn)形式,并進(jìn)一步從高校學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的主體和客觀環(huán)境兩個(gè)方面識(shí)別了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)成因,將之大體上分為內(nèi)生性成因、外生性成因和相互關(guān)聯(lián)環(huán)節(jié)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)成因三類,提出了上述風(fēng)險(xiǎn)成因給高?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)帶來(lái)的潛在影響,通過(guò)運(yùn)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法構(gòu)建了高?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)學(xué)術(shù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)健康運(yùn)行評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,從而對(duì)預(yù)警機(jī)制、優(yōu)化路徑的構(gòu)建和保障措施的制定具有指導(dǎo)性意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society, promoting the increasingly significant role of science and technology on the development of the society, individuals have been unable to carry a lot of social work, instead of the team development model. Practice has proved that the main participants and promoters of academic activities in this society, is an important part of China's scientific research system of university scientific research team. The existence of ecological environment in university scientific research, as a new type of basic academic organization of modern university system, has become the forefront of bear the task of cultivating high-quality innovative talents. Universities, university teams and the environment together constitute the scientific research team of University academic ecosystem, system health, efficient or not directly related to the research results and the existence value. At the same time, the system also prone to uneven redistribution of resources, biodiversity (Department of The diversity of research personnel constitute) such as lack of coordination problems, the impact of the ecological balance of the system. How to fully understand the scientific research team of university academic ecological system and its optimization, particularly important to guarantee its healthy and sustainable development. In view of this, based on the university research team and its members as the research object, based on the ecological system. Theory, demand theory, combined with the domestic and foreign about the university scientific research team construction, academic research situation of academic ecology, ecosystem factors, operation mode, influencing factors, risk factors and causes, evaluation methods, studied the optimization mechanism and countermeasures respectively, including achievements:
A, components corresponding to the scientific research team of Chinese university academic ecology system, analyzes the characteristics of species of university scientific research team members, the number of feature recognition of university research team, the leading role of spatial characteristics of population characteristics and academic leaders, team competition and cooperation and team atmosphere and other unique characteristics, discusses the method of the elements of the academic ecosystem rationally, to realize various elements of scientific research team of university academic ecological system configuration in the property, the scale of the number of optimization of time sequence and spatial structure, build a stable structure, high efficiency and sustainable development of the ecological function of academic system.
Two, the operation model focuses on the scientific research team of Chinese university academic ecology system, divided into different modes of university scientific research team construction and operation, clear biological population has the characteristics of scientific research team, has a symbiotic relationship between the members of a team, using the lotka-Volterra model in ecology of scientific research team of university academic ecological system the existence of competitive cooperative relationship are analyzed, and based on the process of co evolution of academic ecosystem, build collaborative evolution model of competitive and cooperative co evolution model and the competitive and cooperative co evolution model to explore the stability of nodes under different circumstances, in order to achieve the balance of competition and cooperation within the scientific research team of university academic ecosystem, promote the sustainable operation scientific research team of university academic ecosystem health.
Three, on the influencing factors of scientific research team in China University academic ecology system, through questionnaire and statistical analysis of all factors are sorted, and focus on their differences in the different background variables of the significant level, and on this basis, starting from the high school from the perspective of the scientific research team, management status quo university scientific research team, for a significant degree of corresponding differences in judgment, to improve the team management and optimization of team operation.
Four, according to the scientific research team in Colleges and universities of our country academic ecological system operation risk, respectively from the three aspects of individual, team and academic environment analysis forms exist in the risk of scientific research team of university academic ecological system, and further from the main academic ecosystem and the objective two aspects of environmental risk identification will cause roughly divided into endogenous and exogenous causes, causes related risk factors of three types of links, the potential impact of the proposed risk brought to the scientific research team of university academic ecological system, through the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build the healthy operation of scientific research team of university academic evaluation mechanism of ecological system, early warning mechanism, path optimization the construction and development of safeguards has guiding significance.
