積極心理學視閾中的大學生思想政治教育實效性研究

【摘要】:積極心理學是20世紀末興起于美國的心理學思潮,它認為傳統(tǒng)的心理學過多關注人的傷害、缺陷及問題的研究,,使心理學的研究重心失衡。積極心理學強調(diào)應關注人的積極品質(zhì)及積極力量,提倡以積極樂觀的態(tài)度看待事物,致力于使良好條件下的大部分人生活得更幸福。積極心理學對思想政治教育的教育理念和教育實踐都有啟示意義。大學生思想政治教育要借鑒積極心理學的理論成果,以培養(yǎng)大學生積極品質(zhì)為主,不要過多關注大學生身上存在的問題,通過積極品質(zhì)的增強來抑制或消除消極品質(zhì)。在思想政治教育實踐中,教師要調(diào)動大學生學習及接受思想政治教育的積極心理,充分關注大學生個體的積極品質(zhì)和積極力量,激發(fā)大學生的學習興趣,使大學生主動接近思想政治教育,并能從內(nèi)心接受、從生活中實踐思想政治教育,從而有效提高大學生思想政治教育的效果。 我國大學生的思想政治教育,在不斷地修正與改革中發(fā)展,無論在內(nèi)容與形式方面都趨于完善,但卻沒有達到預期的實效性。針對這種現(xiàn)狀,本文將積極心理學理論的基本研究成果應用于大學生思想政治教育,通過對積極心理學基本內(nèi)容體系的分析,確立了積極心理學視閾中的大學生思想政治教育的三個維度:構(gòu)建積極的思想政治教育環(huán)境、培養(yǎng)大學生的積極情感體驗和塑造大學生的積極人格。 大學生的積極品質(zhì)是大學生內(nèi)在的基本素質(zhì),是每個大學生身上固有的。高校思想政治教育工作者應充分挖掘培養(yǎng)大學生的積極力量,讓大學生在良好的思想政治教育環(huán)境的熏陶下,利用自身的積極資源及環(huán)境中的積極因素,不斷提升自己的思想道德素質(zhì),修正自己的不良品行,并在此過程中感受自我價值實現(xiàn)時的積極情感,做到自身發(fā)展與思想政治教育的協(xié)調(diào)一致,從而提高思想政治教育的實效性。 積極心理學與大學生思想政治教育相結(jié)合,對大學生思想政治教育有很大的借鑒作用。無論從教育理念方面還是從教育實踐方面都對思想政治教育產(chǎn)生重要的影響。它有助于完善思想政治教育的理論體系,使思想政治教育不斷走向科學化。它喚醒了大學生思想政治教育中的人性關懷、人文精神,將更多的積極元素如快樂、希望、幸福等滲透于思想政治教育之中。它通過充分發(fā)掘調(diào)動大學生身上的積極力量,使大學生主動愉悅的接受思想政治教育,從而達到思想政治教育的預期效果。
[Abstract]:Positive psychology is the ideological trend of psychology rising in the United States at the end of the 20th century. It holds that traditional psychology pays too much attention to the study of human injury, defects and problems. The positive psychology emphasizes the attention to the positive quality and the positive power of human beings, and advocates the positive and optimistic attitude towards things. Positive psychology has enlightening significance to the educational idea and practice of ideological and political education. College students' ideological and political education should draw lessons from the theoretical achievements of positive psychology. In order to cultivate the positive quality of college students, we should not pay too much attention to the problems existing in the college students, and suppress or eliminate the negative qualities through the enhancement of the positive qualities. In the practice of ideological and political education, Teachers should mobilize the positive psychology of college students to study and accept ideological and political education, pay full attention to the positive qualities and positive forces of college students, stimulate their interest in learning, and make them approach ideological and political education actively. And can accept from the heart, practice the ideological and political education from the life, thus effectively improve the effect of ideological and political education of college students. The ideological and political education of college students in our country has developed in the process of constant revision and reform, both in content and form, but it has not achieved the expected actual effect. This paper applies the basic research results of positive psychology theory to the ideological and political education of college students, through the analysis of the basic content system of positive psychology, Three dimensions of college students' ideological and political education in the perspective of positive psychology are established: constructing positive environment of ideological and political education, cultivating the positive emotional experience of college students and shaping the positive personality of college students. The positive quality of college students is the inherent basic quality of college students, which is inherent in every college student. The ideological and political educators in colleges and universities should fully tap into the positive forces of cultivating college students. Under the influence of a good ideological and political education environment, college students should make use of their own positive resources and positive factors in the environment to constantly improve their ideological and moral quality and correct their bad behavior. In this process, we can feel the positive emotion when realizing the self-value, and achieve the harmony between the self-development and the ideological and political education, so as to improve the actual effect of the ideological and political education. The combination of positive psychology and ideological and political education of college students, It has great reference to the ideological and political education of college students. It has an important influence on the ideological and political education in terms of both the educational concept and the educational practice. It helps to perfect the theoretical system of ideological and political education. It awakens the human nature concern, humanity spirit in the ideological and political education of college students, and will have more positive elements such as happiness, hope, Happiness permeates into the ideological and political education, which, by fully exploring and mobilizing the positive forces of college students, enables them to accept the ideological and political education actively and cheerfully, thus achieving the expected effect of ideological and political education.
