高校校園文化德育功能發(fā)揮研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)高校對(duì)校園文化建設(shè)投入的力度,直接影響著大學(xué)生的健康成長(zhǎng)成才,高校校園文化具有重要的德育功能,強(qiáng)調(diào)并探索高校校園文化的德育功能,可以讓高校校園文化“盎然生機(jī)”,讓德育效果“活靈活現(xiàn)”。 基于此,筆者對(duì)高校校園文化德育功能的發(fā)揮進(jìn)行了深入思考,通過(guò)查閱大量相關(guān)資料后發(fā)現(xiàn),以前,國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者在研究高校校園文化德育功能發(fā)揮時(shí),更多的是注重剖析高校校園文化的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及存在的問(wèn)題,對(duì)于如何優(yōu)化高校校園文化德育功能的路徑方面,也僅是停留在實(shí)踐對(duì)策上的研究,這不利于我們對(duì)高校校園文化德育功能做進(jìn)一步的認(rèn)識(shí),也不利于當(dāng)前我國(guó)高校校園文化的建設(shè)和發(fā)展。本論文傾向于把高校校園文化看為一個(gè)有機(jī)整體,從解讀高校校園文化德育功能入手,并概括分析了影響高校校園文化德育功能發(fā)揮的主要因素,大膽探索了優(yōu)化高校校園文化德育功能的路徑,努力實(shí)現(xiàn)高校德育工作的實(shí)效性。本文從三個(gè)部分進(jìn)行探索。 第一部分,主要解讀高校校園文化德育功能的各個(gè)要素。 這一部分是整篇文章的基礎(chǔ),筆者就文化、校園文化和德育等概念,及校園文化與高校德育之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了大膽探索和分析,在高校校園文化概念的理解上,筆者認(rèn)為高校校園文化是在高校育人環(huán)境中,以大學(xué)生和教師為主體,以主流教育為導(dǎo)向,以高校管理為輔助,全面打造大學(xué)生的健康人格,由全體大學(xué)人在教學(xué)、科研、管理、生活等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域相互配合、相互作用的過(guò)程中,共同創(chuàng)造出來(lái)的所有物質(zhì)和精神的成果,及其創(chuàng)造的全過(guò)程。在德育概念的理解上,筆者認(rèn)為德育是包括道德教育在內(nèi)的思想政治品德教育,道德教育不過(guò)是德育的一部分內(nèi)容,道德教育不能取代德育,德育要包括道德教育,也包括法律教育等等。并分析了德育功能的內(nèi)涵,即德育功能是德育主體對(duì)德育對(duì)象的功能,是德育主體通過(guò)自己的活動(dòng)培育教育對(duì)象思想政治品德的功能。進(jìn)而還分析了高校校園文化德育功能的主要內(nèi)容,即包括認(rèn)識(shí)功能、規(guī)范功能和心理培育功能等。 第二部分,剖析制約我國(guó)高校校園文化德育功能發(fā)揮的主要因素。 當(dāng)前我國(guó)高校校園文化德育功能的發(fā)揮受到各種不良因素的阻礙,主要表現(xiàn)為:一是受高校校園文化建設(shè)存在問(wèn)題的影響,如校園文化自身建設(shè)存在一定的封閉性,物質(zhì)投入與精神投入不協(xié)調(diào),管理與引導(dǎo)的不協(xié)調(diào),課外活動(dòng)的文化層次較低,高校校園文化網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育工作隊(duì)伍建設(shè)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)發(fā)展之間的不協(xié)調(diào)等;二是受到社會(huì)大環(huán)境中不利因素的制約,如受到市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)多元文化、現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)等方面不利因素的影響。 第三部分,探討如何加強(qiáng)我國(guó)高校校園文化德育功能的發(fā)揮。 從高校校園文化德育功能的內(nèi)涵出發(fā),分析制約我國(guó)高校校園文化德育功能發(fā)揮的主要因素,筆者認(rèn)為進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮我國(guó)高校校園文化德育功能要著眼于以下幾點(diǎn):第一,著力弘揚(yáng)高品位的大學(xué)精神,即要倡導(dǎo)大學(xué)的自由精神,注重科學(xué)精神和人文精神的相互滲透,發(fā)揮大學(xué)的創(chuàng)新精神,并大力培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的民族精神。第二,積極創(chuàng)立具有大學(xué)特色的品牌活動(dòng),即寓德育于高校校園文化的責(zé)任教育活動(dòng)中,營(yíng)建愛(ài)心校園;寓德育于高校校園文化的就業(yè)教育活動(dòng)中,營(yíng)建和諧校園。第三,主動(dòng)占領(lǐng)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育新陣地,并優(yōu)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育新環(huán)境,即創(chuàng)建“校級(jí)”德育網(wǎng)站,打造“星級(jí)”網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育團(tuán)隊(duì),開(kāi)展“特級(jí)”網(wǎng)絡(luò)德育活動(dòng),旨在弘揚(yáng)紅色主流思想,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)高校校園文化德育功能的有效發(fā)揮。 因此,只有讓大學(xué)生在高校校園文化這充滿活力和激情的氛圍中,感悟德育的特殊魅力,才能真正創(chuàng)設(shè)出國(guó)際一流的大學(xué)。

This article explores from three parts.
The first part mainly interprets the various elements of the moral education function of college campus culture.
This part is the foundation of the whole article, the culture, campus culture and moral education concept, a bold exploration and analysis and the relationship between campus culture and moral education in Colleges and universities, campus culture in the understanding of the concept, the author thinks that the campus culture is education environment in Colleges and universities, College students and teachers as the main body and to the mainstream education oriented, to create a comprehensive management of colleges and universities to assist college students' healthy personality, by all the people in the university teaching, scientific research, management, life and other fields with each other, the interaction process, all the material and spiritual co created achievements, and create the whole process in the moral education. The understanding of the concept, the author thinks that moral education is the ideological and political moral education includes moral education, moral education is just a part of the contents of moral education, moral education cannot replace moral education, moral education should include Moral education, including legal education and so on. In the second part, the main factors that restrict the moral education function of campus culture in China's colleges and universities are analyzed.

The third part is to discuss how to strengthen the moral education function of college campus culture in our country.
Starting from the connotation of the moral educational function of campus culture, analysis the main factors restricting the moral function of our campus culture play, the author thinks that further play to the function of China's moral education of campus culture in Colleges and universities should focus on the following points: first, efforts to promote the high grade of university spirit, to advocate the spirit of Free University, focusing on mutual penetration the scientific spirit and humanistic spirit, give full play to university spirit of innovation, and cultivate the national spirit of college students. Second, actively create with university characteristics brand activities, moral education in the university campus culture is the responsibility of education activities, the construction of campus love; moral education employment education activities in the university campus culture in the construction of harmonious campus third, to seize the new position of university moral education network, and optimize the network environment of moral education, is to create a "University" of moral education website, to create a "Star" network morality The education team, carrying out the "special level" network moral education activities, aims to carry forward the red mainstream ideology, and then promote the effective play of the moral education function of campus culture.
Therefore, only by letting college students feel the special charm of moral education, can we truly create a world-class university.
