沈陽理工大學(xué)大學(xué)英語老師職業(yè)發(fā)展問題與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)英語教師職業(yè)發(fā)展應(yīng)該是一個(gè)在實(shí)踐中持續(xù)不斷的、全面的、終生的歷程。要想從整體上促進(jìn)教師的職業(yè)素質(zhì)和發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ奶岣?就必須確立新的教師職業(yè)發(fā)展觀,通過構(gòu)建適合高校教師職業(yè)發(fā)展需要的理論來指導(dǎo),把教師個(gè)人的職業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃和學(xué)校發(fā)展的教師管理緊密結(jié)合,通過一定的組織與機(jī)制建設(shè),實(shí)施有效的管理與激勵(lì),以滿足教師的良好生存需要為基礎(chǔ),以教師自主發(fā)展為中心,以教育科研實(shí)踐為基本途徑,以實(shí)現(xiàn)教師職業(yè)期望和人生價(jià)值為取向,通過教師和學(xué)校的共同努力,最終達(dá)成學(xué)校事業(yè)發(fā)展和教師職業(yè)發(fā)展相互交融,合二為一的最佳目標(biāo)。本研究以心理契約理論和教師激勵(lì)理論為基礎(chǔ),通過對(duì)沈陽理工大學(xué)教師職業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn)的調(diào)查研究,探索高校教師職業(yè)發(fā)展的問題與對(duì)策。 文章共分為六章,第一章為緒論部分,主要介紹了論文研究的目的與意義,國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,研究基本框架、研究方法及可能的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二章主要對(duì)理工類院校,大學(xué)英語教師,職業(yè)發(fā)展等基本概念進(jìn)行界定,以管理心理學(xué)的理論為基礎(chǔ),通過概念的界定和理論基礎(chǔ)的應(yīng)用試圖明確文章應(yīng)規(guī)范的內(nèi)容。第三章主要通過大學(xué)英語教師的產(chǎn)生、職業(yè)特點(diǎn)和職業(yè)發(fā)展歷程,闡述大學(xué)英語教師管理作為高校教師管理過程中的重中之重,其特點(diǎn)決定了職業(yè)培訓(xùn),師資管理與發(fā)展中的關(guān)鍵所在。并且通過調(diào)查問卷得出目前該校大學(xué)英語教師職業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。第四章主要通過沈陽理工大學(xué)的大學(xué)英語教師所面臨的眾多問題的分析試圖找到真正無法調(diào)動(dòng)大學(xué)英語教師積極性的原因。第五章從縱深多方角度探討大學(xué)英語教師知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)、大學(xué)英語教師專業(yè)化和大學(xué)英語教師培養(yǎng)方向等方面,指引探討沈陽理工大學(xué)的大學(xué)英語教師總體職業(yè)發(fā)展方向。第六章主要總結(jié)了本文的結(jié)論及不足之處,希望以后能有所改進(jìn)。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)法、歷史法、調(diào)查問卷法,從研究內(nèi)容方面具有創(chuàng)新。對(duì)沈陽理工大學(xué)大學(xué)英語課程的任課教師職業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析,總結(jié)了大學(xué)英語教師在職業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題探討產(chǎn)生原因,試圖提出一種符合當(dāng)前高校改革和發(fā)展需要的大學(xué)英語教師的教師職業(yè)發(fā)展觀與管理機(jī)制,對(duì)于促進(jìn)教師職業(yè)發(fā)展具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:The professional development of college English teachers should be a continuous, comprehensive and lifelong process in practice. In order to promote the improvement of teachers' professional quality and development potential, it is necessary to establish a new concept of teachers' professional development. Through the construction of the theory suitable for the professional development of college teachers, the author combines the personal career development planning of teachers with the teacher management of school development, and implements effective management and encouragement through certain organization and mechanism construction. On the basis of satisfying the good survival needs of teachers, taking teachers' self-development as the center, taking educational scientific research practice as the basic approach, taking the realization of teachers' professional expectation and life value as the orientation, and through the joint efforts of teachers and schools, Finally, the best goal of combining school career development and teacher career development is achieved. This study is based on psychological contract theory and teacher motivation theory. Through the investigation and research on the present situation and characteristics of the teachers' professional development in Shenyang University of Technology, this paper explores the problems and countermeasures of the teachers' professional development in colleges and universities. The article is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction part, which mainly introduces the purpose and significance of the thesis research, the domestic and foreign research status, the basic research frame, the research method and the possible innovation points. College English teachers, career development and other basic concepts are defined, based on the theory of management psychology. Through the definition of the concept and the application of the theoretical basis, the author tries to clarify the content of the article. Chapter three is mainly through the emergence, professional characteristics and career development of college English teachers. This paper expounds that the management of college English teachers is the most important part in the process of college teachers' management, and its characteristics determine the vocational training. The key to the management and development of teachers is to find out the present status of college English teachers' professional development through questionnaires. Chapter four mainly through the Shenyang University of Science and Technology College English teachers face many problems. This paper tries to find out the reasons why college English teachers' enthusiasm can not be aroused. Chapter five explores the knowledge structure of college English teachers from the depth and various angles. From the aspects of the specialization of college English teachers and the training direction of college English teachers, this paper discusses the overall career development direction of college English teachers in Shenyang University of Technology. Chapter six summarizes the conclusions and shortcomings of this paper. I hope I can improve in the future. This paper adopts the methods of literature, history and questionnaire, and makes an analysis of the present situation of teachers' professional development in the course of college English at Shenyang University of Technology. This paper summarizes the causes of the problems existing in the career development of college English teachers, and attempts to put forward a kind of professional development concept and management mechanism of college English teachers which meet the needs of the reform and development of colleges and universities. It is of great significance to promote the professional development of teachers.
