【摘要】：社會(huì)公德建設(shè)是我國(guó)社會(huì)主義精神文明建設(shè)中的一項(xiàng)重要組成部分,是思想道德建設(shè)的社會(huì)性基礎(chǔ)工程。社會(huì)公德發(fā)展程度如何,在一定程度上衡量著一個(gè)國(guó)家的文明發(fā)展程度,是國(guó)家政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化乃至社會(huì)建設(shè)及改革能否取得全面、持續(xù)進(jìn)步的主觀基礎(chǔ)。 大學(xué)生是未來(lái)社會(huì)發(fā)展的主導(dǎo)力量,其整體道德水平直接關(guān)系著整個(gè)國(guó)家社會(huì)公德水平。本文對(duì)社會(huì)公德的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了分析概括,同時(shí)又結(jié)合大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)生活特點(diǎn),細(xì)化了大學(xué)生社會(huì)公德的具體規(guī)范要求,并通過(guò)對(duì)目前我國(guó)大學(xué)生社會(huì)公德現(xiàn)狀的剖析,找出影響和阻礙大學(xué)生社會(huì)公德良好機(jī)制建立的原因,針對(duì)現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)癥下藥,找出對(duì)策,通過(guò)完善社會(huì)公德教育機(jī)制、創(chuàng)新公德建設(shè)激勵(lì)機(jī)制、創(chuàng)建社會(huì)公德懲罰機(jī)制、建立社會(huì)公德回饋機(jī)制等多種措施與手段,全面提升我國(guó)大學(xué)生社會(huì)公德水平,為建立我國(guó)文明有序的公德制度奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The construction of social morality is an important part of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization in our country, and it is the basic social project of ideological and moral construction. To a certain extent, the degree of civilization development of a country is the subjective basis of whether the national politics, economy, culture and even social construction and reform can achieve comprehensive and sustainable progress. College students are the leading force of social development in the future, and their overall moral level is directly related to the level of social morality of the whole country. This paper analyzes and generalizes the content of social morality, and combines with the characteristics of college students' study and life at the same time. By analyzing the present situation of college students' social morality in our country, the author finds out the reasons that influence and hinder the establishment of good mechanism of college students' social morality, and puts forward the right remedy for the current situation. Through perfecting the social morality education mechanism, innovating the public morality construction incentive mechanism, establishing the social morality punishment mechanism, establishing the social morality feedback mechanism and other measures and means, we can comprehensively promote the level of the college students' social morality in our country. For the establishment of China's civilized and orderly system of public morality laid a solid foundation.
