【摘要】：推動科學發(fā)展，促進社會和諧，奪取建設(shè)社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的勝利，是擺在各級黨委政府面前的重要任務(wù)，是歷史賦予的神圣使命。大學生“村官”為新農(nóng)村建設(shè)增加了令人期待的新鮮血液和新生力量。新形勢新任務(wù)對大學生“村官”隊伍的思想政治素質(zhì)、業(yè)務(wù)本領(lǐng)和領(lǐng)導能力提出了新的更高的要求。全面提升大學生“村官”的整體素質(zhì)和創(chuàng)新能力，對照新農(nóng)村建設(shè)對大學生“村官”隊伍素質(zhì)的要求，加強大學生“村官”思想政治教育工作迫在眉睫，任重道遠。隨著改革開放的不斷深入發(fā)展和農(nóng)村基層環(huán)境和工作情況復雜，大學生“村官”的思想意識、精神面貌、生活方式等正在發(fā)生深刻的變化。很容易導致大學生“村官”一些意志薄弱、思想衰退，思想不穩(wěn)定等思想問題。思想扎根是事業(yè)扎根的重要前提，因此在這種情況下，加強對大學生“村官”這一特殊群體的思想政治教育，有著重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文通過采取隨機抽樣調(diào)查方式，并在條件允許的范圍內(nèi)選取以益陽市資陽區(qū)、沅江市部分鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)以及湘西州瀘溪縣、吉首市等作為調(diào)查選點進行實地調(diào)研、訪談，以馬克思主義方法論為指導，采用文獻資料分析法、系統(tǒng)分析法、實地訪談法、跨學科研究法及總結(jié)經(jīng)驗方法，在實證調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上，通過整理資料，對大學生“村官”思想政治教育的現(xiàn)狀進行了分析，并在總結(jié)大學生“村官”自身存在的思想誤區(qū)及大學生“村官”思想政治教育存在的問題的基礎(chǔ)上，著重探討了加強大學生“村官”思想政治教育的對策。文章主要分為三個部分：第一部分研究了大學生“村官”思想政治教育概述，對重要概念進行了界定，也闡述了大學生“村官”思想政治教育的目標、內(nèi)容及戰(zhàn)略意義，，以使我們對其有一個基本的把握；第二部分研究了大學生“村官”思想政治教育的現(xiàn)狀，在闡述大學生“村官”思想政治教育取得主要成效同時揭示了目前大學生“村官”自身存在的思想誤區(qū)以及大學生“村官”思想政治教育存在的問題，并進行影響因素分析，為思考做好大學生“村官”思想政治教育的對策奠定了基礎(chǔ)；第三部分研究了加強大學生“村官”思想政治教育的對策，先從思想政治教育學科角度，結(jié)合實際著重探討貫穿大學生“村官”思想政治教育全過程、在教育活動中的各個階段各個方面都起指導作用的主要原則；再從各級黨委政府、高校、社會、個人自身四方面探尋提出加強大學生“村官”思想政治教育的有效對策。
[Abstract]:To promote scientific development, promote social harmony, and win victory in building a new socialist countryside are important tasks facing party committees and governments at all levels. It is a sacred mission entrusted by history. College students'"village officials" have added new blood and new forces to the construction of the new countryside. The new situation and new tasks have brought about the ideological and political qualities of the college students'"village officials". New and higher demands have been put forward in terms of professional skills and leadership abilities. The overall quality and innovative ability of college students'"village officials" have been comprehensively promoted, and compared with the requirements of the construction of new rural areas for the quality of college students'"village officials", It is urgent to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students'"village officials", and it is a long way to go. With the continuous development of reform and opening up and the complexity of the rural grass-roots environment and work situation, the ideological consciousness and spiritual outlook of college students "village officials", Profound changes are taking place in the way of life. It is easy to lead to some ideological problems, such as the weak will of college students'"village officials", the decline of their thinking, and the instability of their thinking. Taking root in their thoughts is an important prerequisite for their cause to take root, so in this case, It is of great practical significance to strengthen the ideological and political education of the special group of college students. This article adopts the random sampling investigation method, and selects Yiyang City Ziyang District, Yuanjiang City partial villages and towns, Xiangxi Luxi County, Jishou City and so on as the investigation spot to carry on the field investigation, interviews, etc. Under the guidance of Marxist methodology, literature analysis, systematic analysis, field interview, interdisciplinary research and summing up experience are adopted. This paper analyzes the present situation of the ideological and political education of the university students'"village official", and summarizes the ideological misunderstanding existing in the university student's "village official" and the problems existing in the ideological and political education of the university student "village official". This paper mainly discusses the countermeasures of strengthening the ideological and political education of college students'"village officials". The article is divided into three parts: the first part studies the outline of ideological and political education of college students'"village officials", and defines the important concepts. It also expounds the goal, content and strategic significance of the ideological and political education of college students'"village official", so that we can have a basic grasp of it. The second part studies the present situation of ideological and political education of college students "village official". This paper expounds the main achievements of the ideological and political education of college students'"village officials" and reveals the ideological misunderstanding existing in the college students'"village officials" and the problems existing in the ideological and political education of college students'"village officials", and analyzes the influencing factors.
