【摘要】：高等教育改革價(jià)值的高低取決于是否培養(yǎng)了大批有創(chuàng)新能力的高水平專業(yè)人才,其關(guān)鍵在于高教管理質(zhì)量的全面提升。本文從公共治理視角深入探討了我國(guó)高等教育管理改革的路徑——從管治走向善治,以全面質(zhì)量管理為核心,明確高教管理過(guò)程各相關(guān)主體的權(quán)力、責(zé)任,激發(fā)各主體的自覺(jué)性、主動(dòng)性、參與性,扶持行業(yè)自律組織的發(fā)展,促進(jìn)辦學(xué)自主、形成辦學(xué)特色。
[Abstract]:The value of higher education reform depends on whether a large number of innovative professionals are trained. The key lies in the overall improvement of the quality of higher education management. This paper probes into the path of higher education management reform in China from the perspective of public governance-from governance to good governance, with total quality management as the core. The power and responsibility of the relevant subjects in the process of higher education management should be clearly defined, and their consciousness, initiative, participation, and support for the development of self-discipline organizations of the trade should be stimulated to promote the autonomy of running schools and form the characteristics of running schools.
