試論高校本科動(dòng)畫(huà)教育改革

【摘要】:動(dòng)畫(huà)人才的培養(yǎng)是動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),目前人才的緊缺成為影響產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的一大瓶頸。高校動(dòng)畫(huà)本科教育作為人才培養(yǎng)的主要基地,卻由于各種原因無(wú)法培養(yǎng)出市場(chǎng)所需求的人才,并且還在盲目擴(kuò)大招生數(shù)量和規(guī)模,導(dǎo)致動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)業(yè)有些環(huán)節(jié)的人才過(guò)剩,有些環(huán)節(jié)的人才奇缺,大量科班的“高材生”畢業(yè)即面臨失業(yè),動(dòng)畫(huà)教育與動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)業(yè)的實(shí)際需求相脫節(jié)。針對(duì)這一問(wèn)題,本文通過(guò)分析我國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)業(yè)所需求的人才與高校動(dòng)畫(huà)本科教育之間的矛盾,尋求一條適合高校動(dòng)畫(huà)本科教育的培養(yǎng)模式提供一些思路和方法,試圖解決我國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)人才‘緊缺的情況。 論文主要分為五部分: 第一部分簡(jiǎn)述選題的理由、研究背景、研究目的、研究思路及研究方法。 第二部分界定了與本研究相關(guān)的基本的概念和本研究展開(kāi)的理論基礎(chǔ)。分別闡述了動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)業(yè)的概念及界定、動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)業(yè)在發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家、發(fā)展中國(guó)家的產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,尤其對(duì)我國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀做了深入分析。 第三部分主要是對(duì)我國(guó)市場(chǎng)人才需求、人才培養(yǎng)與市場(chǎng)之間的差距與我國(guó)高校動(dòng)畫(huà)本科教育的現(xiàn)狀分析。首先對(duì)崗位需求及需求的數(shù)量做一分析,市場(chǎng)所需求的人才主要集中于編劇、導(dǎo)演、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)宣傳、創(chuàng)意人才等高級(jí)管理方面的緊缺。其次對(duì)我國(guó)高校動(dòng)畫(huà)本科教育教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀的分析,回顧了動(dòng)畫(huà)教育的歷史、現(xiàn)狀主要從以下幾方面:1、開(kāi)設(shè)動(dòng)畫(huà)專(zhuān)業(yè)的高校數(shù)量的增加、教學(xué)模式單一;2、教學(xué)模式單一、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)不明確、課程體系的不規(guī)范;3、生源質(zhì)量有待提高;4、教師與實(shí)踐相脫節(jié),教育質(zhì)量亟待提高;5、教學(xué)設(shè)備更新緩慢;6、社會(huì)培訓(xùn)助高校培養(yǎng)人才成重點(diǎn);7、高校之間動(dòng)畫(huà)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的差異化;8、高校人才培養(yǎng)與市場(chǎng)需求之間的差距等幾方面論證。最后總結(jié)并分析了高校培養(yǎng)人才既過(guò)剩又不足的原因。 第四部分是本研究的重點(diǎn)和核心,首先舉例介紹務(wù)實(shí)的國(guó)外動(dòng)畫(huà)教育教學(xué)情況、中國(guó)傳媒大學(xué)動(dòng)畫(huà)學(xué)院教育教學(xué)狀況。其次試論對(duì)我國(guó)高校動(dòng)畫(huà)教育教學(xué)改革的5點(diǎn)措施:1、嚴(yán)格把控高考關(guān)、提高生源質(zhì)量;2、控制招生規(guī)模及數(shù)量;3、加強(qiáng)師資、提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量;4、制定規(guī)范的教學(xué)體系;5、借鑒國(guó)外高校動(dòng)畫(huà)教學(xué)的體制和課程設(shè)置及“項(xiàng)目教學(xué)”模式; 第五部分是研究結(jié)論及進(jìn)一步展望。在前幾章內(nèi)容分析的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)我國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)人才的需求和高校動(dòng)畫(huà)本科教育之間的矛盾,尋求一條適合我國(guó)高校動(dòng)畫(huà)本科教育教學(xué)的培養(yǎng)模式,預(yù)測(cè)我國(guó)高校本科動(dòng)畫(huà)專(zhuān)業(yè)未來(lái)的教育及教學(xué)模式。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of animation talents is the basis of the development of animation industry. At present, the shortage of talents has become a major bottleneck affecting the development of the industry. However, due to various reasons, it is unable to cultivate the talents needed by the market, and it is also blindly expanding the number and scale of enrollment, which leads to the surplus of talents in some parts of the animation industry and the shortage of talents in some links. The graduates of a large number of science classes are facing unemployment and the animation education is out of touch with the actual demand of the animation industry. In view of this problem, this paper analyzes the contradiction between the talent needed by the animation industry in our country and the undergraduate animation education in colleges and universities. In order to solve the shortage of animation talents in our country, this paper tries to provide some ideas and methods for the cultivation mode of animation undergraduate education in colleges and universities. The paper is divided into five parts:. The first part briefly describes the reason, the research background, the research purpose, the research thought and the research method. The second part defines the basic concepts related to this study and the theoretical basis of this study. It expounds the concept and definition of animation industry, the current situation of animation industry in developed and developing countries. Especially to our country animation industry present situation has made the thorough analysis. The third part mainly analyzes the demand for talents, the gap between talent training and market and the current situation of animation undergraduate education in colleges and universities in China. Firstly, the demand for posts and the quantity of demand are analyzed. The talents that the market needs mainly focus on the shortage of senior management, such as writers, directors, marketing propaganda, creative talents and so on. Secondly, the paper analyzes the current situation of animation undergraduate education in colleges and universities in China, and reviews the history of animation education. The present situation is mainly from the following aspects: 1: 1, the increase in the number of colleges and universities offering animation major, the single teaching mode, the single teaching model, the unclear training goal, the non-standard curriculum system, the need to improve the quality of students, and the disconnection between teachers and practice. The education quality needs to be improved urgently, the teaching equipment is updated slowly, the social training helps colleges and universities to train the talented person becomes the focal point 7, the animation training goal difference between the universities and colleges, the disparity between the university talented person training and the market demand and so on several aspects demonstration. Finally, the author summarizes and analyzes the reasons for the surplus and shortage of talents in colleges and universities. The fourth part is the focus and core of this study. The Education and Teaching situation of Animation College of Communication University of China. Secondly, on the reform of animation education and teaching in colleges and universities of our country, we should strictly control the college entrance examination, improve the quality of students, control the size and quantity of enrollment, and strengthen teachers. Improve the quality of teaching, establish a standardized teaching system, draw lessons from the foreign institutions of higher learning animation teaching system and curriculum and "project teaching" model; The fifth part is the conclusion of the research and further prospects. On the basis of the content analysis of the previous chapters, it summarizes the contradiction between the talent demand of animation industry and the undergraduate education of animation in colleges and universities. This paper seeks for a training mode suitable for animation undergraduate education and teaching in colleges and universities in China, and predicts the future education and teaching mode of animation major in colleges and universities in China.
