【摘要】：民辦高等教育伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)體制多元化的推進(jìn)而日益發(fā)展并彰顯其魅力。然而一串串飛速變大的數(shù)字只代表著民辦高校發(fā)展的表面繁榮。近些年，許多民辦高校的或“關(guān)門(mén)”或轉(zhuǎn)讓昭示著民辦高等教育涉入“深水區(qū)”，進(jìn)入整體走弱的“瓶頸階段”。然而，，在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的民辦教育市場(chǎng)中，可持續(xù)發(fā)展的實(shí)施成為民辦高校存續(xù)的核心所在。自上世紀(jì)80年代以來(lái)，我國(guó)的民辦教育事業(yè)以強(qiáng)勁的勢(shì)頭發(fā)展。尤其是民辦高等教育的發(fā)展，更多地吸引了中外專(zhuān)家學(xué)者及一些社會(huì)觀察家的眼球。但在民辦高等教育的發(fā)展進(jìn)程中，存在很多有爭(zhēng)論的實(shí)際問(wèn)題和理論問(wèn)題。這些問(wèn)題必須通過(guò)民辦教育理論研究來(lái)加以指導(dǎo)才能得以規(guī)范。而合理的民辦高等教育發(fā)展的新路徑，是在理論研究成果指導(dǎo)和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)證明后得出的結(jié)論。因此，在促進(jìn)民辦高等教育的發(fā)展和可持續(xù)發(fā)展上，以民辦高等教育為重點(diǎn)的民辦教育理論研究實(shí)踐論證，具有潛在的不可代替的重要意義。 本論文以不同民辦高等學(xué)校的典型案例分析現(xiàn)狀、闡發(fā)理論，以服務(wù)現(xiàn)實(shí)為運(yùn)思方向，以民辦高等教育現(xiàn)狀---目前存在的發(fā)展方式---今后發(fā)展的方式改變這一邏輯關(guān)系為明線(xiàn)，以民辦高等教育與政府、市場(chǎng)，社會(huì)之間的博弈為暗線(xiàn)，以高等教育學(xué)原理為研究基礎(chǔ)，借鑒公共管理理論、管理學(xué)理論、博弈學(xué)理論提出我省民辦高等院�？沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展的有效路徑以及對(duì)民辦高等院校發(fā)展和生存等關(guān)鍵性問(wèn)題展開(kāi)研究，在全面剖析民辦高等教育發(fā)展的類(lèi)型、特征及成因的基礎(chǔ)上，系統(tǒng)闡述了民辦高校發(fā)展的新出路，深入探討了政府對(duì)民辦高校應(yīng)具備的責(zé)任與展責(zé)路徑，有針對(duì)性地提出民辦高校可持續(xù)發(fā)展所實(shí)施的策略，從而形成了研究民辦高等教育問(wèn)題的獨(dú)具特色的理論框架和表現(xiàn)風(fēng)格。
[Abstract]:With the development of diversified economic system, private higher education is developing day by day and showing its charm. However, a series of rapidly increasing numbers only represent the superficial prosperity of the development of private colleges and universities. In recent years, Many private colleges or universities are either "closed" or transferred, indicating that private higher education is involved in "deep water areas" and entering the "bottleneck stage" of overall weakness. However, in the highly competitive private education market, The implementation of sustainable development has become the core of the existence of private colleges and universities. Since the 1980s, the cause of private education in China has developed with a strong momentum, especially the development of private higher education. It has attracted more attention of Chinese and foreign experts and scholars and some social observers. But in the course of the development of private higher education, There are many controversial practical and theoretical problems. These problems must be guided by the theoretical research of private education in order to be standardized. Therefore, in promoting the development and sustainable development of private higher education, the theoretical research and practice of private higher education with emphasis on private higher education is demonstrated. It has potential irreplaceable significance. This paper analyzes the current situation of typical cases of different private colleges and universities, explains the theory, and takes serving reality as the direction of thinking. To change this logic relation in the present situation of private higher education --the way of development in the future, taking the game between private higher education and government, market and society as the dark line, and to change the logic relation in the future, the game between the private higher education and the government, the market and the society is regarded as the dark line. On the basis of the theory of higher education, the author draws lessons from the theory of public management and management. The theory of game theory puts forward the effective path of the sustainable development of private colleges and universities in our province, and studies the key problems such as the development and survival of private colleges and universities, on the basis of comprehensively analyzing the types, characteristics and causes of the development of private higher education. This paper systematically expounds the new way out for the development of private colleges and universities, probes into the government's responsibility and ways of developing private colleges and universities, and puts forward the strategies for the sustainable development of private colleges and universities. Thus forming a unique theoretical framework and performance style of studying private higher education.
