【摘要】：教育是形成人力資本的最重要因素，而人力資本對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展起關鍵的作用。論文運用生產(chǎn)函數(shù)法分析了高等教育財政支出對經(jīng)濟增長的貢獻，認為與勞動力比，高等教育財政支出對經(jīng)濟增長的貢獻較大；但相對資本而言，高等教育財政支出的貢獻又不足。論文研究了我國高等教育財政支出與經(jīng)濟增長的相關性、因果關系以及長期均衡關系，發(fā)現(xiàn)高等教育財政支出對經(jīng)濟增長的影響顯著以及兩者呈穩(wěn)定的正向效應趨勢，但并沒有發(fā)現(xiàn)兩者有明顯的因果關系。對我國高等教育財政支出與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟關系的比較分析表明，高等教育財政支出與地區(qū)經(jīng)濟增長并不呈正向關系。論文還通過灰色關聯(lián)度法分析了我國高等教育財政支出與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的關系，認為高等教育財政支出對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整和優(yōu)化升級有著至關重要的作用。通過分析，，論文認為需要加快我國高等教育財政的改革，構(gòu)建多方教育投資體系，進一步完善產(chǎn)學研機制，使高等教育更好的為經(jīng)濟發(fā)展服務。
[Abstract]:Education is the most important factor in the formation of human capital, and human capital plays a key role in economic development. The contribution of higher education financial expenditure to economic growth is great, but the contribution of higher education financial expenditure to economic growth is insufficient. This paper studies the correlation between higher education financial expenditure and economic growth in China. The relationship between causality and long-term equilibrium shows that the financial expenditure of higher education has a significant impact on economic growth and a stable trend of positive effect between them. However, there is no obvious causal relationship between the two. The comparative analysis of the relationship between fiscal expenditure and regional economy of higher education in China shows that, The financial expenditure of higher education does not have a positive relationship with the regional economic growth. The paper also analyzes the relationship between the financial expenditure of higher education and the industrial structure through the grey correlation degree method. It is believed that the financial expenditure of higher education plays an important role in the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure. Through the analysis, the paper thinks that it is necessary to speed up the reform of higher education finance in China and to construct a multi-party education investment system. Further improve the mechanism of production, education and research, so that higher education to better serve economic development.
