【摘要】：大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)是大學(xué)的組織管理者和發(fā)展導(dǎo)航者,大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)職業(yè)化角色的演變與我國(guó)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的變革以及高等教育發(fā)展模式的轉(zhuǎn)變密切相關(guān)。但由于我國(guó)長(zhǎng)期實(shí)施中央集權(quán)的教育行政體制,高等教育領(lǐng)域計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)色彩濃重,大學(xué)基本上依附于和聽(tīng)命于政府機(jī)關(guān)特別是教育行政部門。由于對(duì)大學(xué)的嚴(yán)格管理,大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)的權(quán)力和自由相對(duì)有限,自主性和創(chuàng)造性得不到充分發(fā)揮,大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)職業(yè)化顯得虛無(wú)縹緲。隨著我國(guó)教育體制改革的深入,校長(zhǎng)這一角色越來(lái)越多地受到學(xué)術(shù)界的關(guān)注。大學(xué)管理體制中形成的教育“行政化”,大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)“官本位”現(xiàn)象,引起了人們的關(guān)注和尋求變革的愿望,對(duì)大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)提出了新的壓力與挑戰(zhàn),同時(shí)也引發(fā)了學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)職業(yè)化的思考。 本文旨在闡釋大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)職業(yè)化,運(yùn)用歷史文獻(xiàn)法對(duì)大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)職業(yè)化內(nèi)涵、特征、成因等進(jìn)行梳理與歸納,對(duì)影響大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)職業(yè)化實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑因素進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)地思考,從現(xiàn)代大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)職業(yè)化的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行解析,構(gòu)建大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)職業(yè)化體系,從觀念變革和體制改革中總結(jié)出了一條我國(guó)大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)職業(yè)化的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑。 本文分為三個(gè)部分。 第一部分對(duì)論文的選題緣由、論文中涉及到的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行闡述,之后對(duì)對(duì)已有相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行梳理的基礎(chǔ)上指出其不足之處。 第二部分對(duì)大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)職業(yè)化的原因剖析,從影響大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)職業(yè)化的內(nèi)部、外部、自身?xiàng)l件出發(fā),引出市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、教育大眾化和教育國(guó)際化對(duì)校長(zhǎng)職業(yè)化的影響和促進(jìn)作用。 第三部分闡述了大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)職業(yè)化對(duì)于大學(xué)的健康發(fā)展具有的重要意義,推進(jìn)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度,搭建大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)職業(yè)化體系,并從觀念和體制兩個(gè)層面,對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)職業(yè)化的路徑進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的分析探究。
[Abstract]:The university president is the organization manager and the development navigator of the university. The evolution of the professional role of the university president and the politics and economy of our country. The change of culture and the change of development mode of higher education are closely related. However, due to the implementation of centralized educational administrative system in China for a long time, the planned economy in the field of higher education has a strong color. As a result of the strict management of universities, the powers and freedoms of university presidents are relatively limited, and their autonomy and creativity are not fully exploited. The professionalization of university presidents is illusory. With the deepening of educational system reform in our country, the role of president is paid more and more attention by academic circles. The phenomenon of "administrative education" and "officialdom" of university presidents is formed in the management system of universities. It has aroused people's concern and desire to seek change, put forward new pressure and challenge to university presidents, and also caused the academic circles to think about the professionalization of university presidents. The purpose of this paper is to explain the professionalization of university presidents, to use the method of historical literature to sort out and summarize the connotation, characteristics and causes of the professionalization of university presidents, and to think systematically about the factors affecting the path to the professionalization of university presidents. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the professionalization of university presidents, this paper constructs the system of professionalization of university presidents, and sums up a path to realize the professionalization of university presidents in China from the reform of concept and system. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part is about the reason of choosing the topic, the related concepts involved in the paper, and then points out its shortcomings on the basis of combing the existing related research. The second part analyzes the causes of the professionalization of university presidents, starting from the internal, external and self-conditions affecting the professionalization of university presidents, leading to the development of market economy. The influence and promotion of popularization of education and internationalization of education on the professionalization of principals. The third part expounds the importance of the professionalization of university presidents to the healthy development of universities, promotes the modern university system, sets up the professional system of university presidents, and from the concept and system two levels. This paper makes a systematic analysis and exploration on the path of professionalization of university presidents.
