【摘要】:大學(xué)生群體是一種特定的群體,屬于精英型的少數(shù)人群體,其特定社會(huì)角色決定了他們無(wú)疑需要承擔(dān)起其對(duì)社會(huì)、對(duì)國(guó)家、對(duì)人民以及對(duì)家庭的義不容辭的責(zé)任,承擔(dān)引導(dǎo)社會(huì)進(jìn)步、引領(lǐng)社會(huì)的責(zé)任與使命。大學(xué)生公民素養(yǎng)的高低,直接關(guān)系社會(huì)主義民主、精神文明與和諧社會(huì)建設(shè),影響著國(guó)家綜合國(guó)力的發(fā)展,制約著國(guó)家的命運(yùn)與前途,關(guān)系民族的興衰存亡。然而,當(dāng)前我國(guó)大學(xué)生公民素養(yǎng)教育存在著理論尚不成熟、體制不夠健全、社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)缺乏相對(duì)明顯、大學(xué)生公民素養(yǎng)教育綜合效果不夠明顯等相對(duì)問(wèn)題,從而大學(xué)生公民素養(yǎng)教育目前還處于困境當(dāng)中,嚴(yán)重阻礙大學(xué)生綜合素養(yǎng)的提高以及大學(xué)生對(duì)國(guó)家、社會(huì)發(fā)展推動(dòng)作用的發(fā)揮。 當(dāng)前我國(guó)的公民教育主要是針對(duì)青少年開(kāi)展的,然而從社會(huì)文化主體來(lái)看,作為社會(huì)未來(lái)主體力量的大學(xué)生群體更需要加強(qiáng)公民素養(yǎng)教育。公民素養(yǎng)教育是教育體系的組成部分,其教育應(yīng)該面向社會(huì)各個(gè)階層的公民展開(kāi),教育對(duì)象應(yīng)該包括青少年公民與特定的大學(xué)生公民。 本文將大學(xué)生公素養(yǎng)教育作為研究的重點(diǎn),從探討公民素養(yǎng)與公民教育的內(nèi)涵入手,闡述了公民素養(yǎng)教育與公民教育的邏輯關(guān)系。立足國(guó)內(nèi)研究現(xiàn)狀,借鑒西方國(guó)家在該領(lǐng)域取得的理論成果和成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生公民素養(yǎng)教育的總體現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行探討并分析了大學(xué)生公民素養(yǎng)教育缺失的原因,指出加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生公民素養(yǎng)教育是社會(huì)和時(shí)代發(fā)展提出的必要性。針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題,以大學(xué)生公民教育為載體,結(jié)合成功的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出了加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生公民素養(yǎng)教育途徑的理論構(gòu)想,并圍繞其基本理論構(gòu)想構(gòu)建了多渠道教育模式。為我國(guó)高校在大學(xué)生公民素養(yǎng)教育方面提供切實(shí)可行的意見(jiàn)和建議。
[Abstract]:The university student group is a kind of special group, belongs to the elite minority group, its special social role has decided that they undoubtedly need to assume its responsibility to the society, to the country, to the people and to the family. Undertaking the responsibility and mission of guiding social progress and leading the society. The level of college students' civic literacy is directly related to socialist democracy, spiritual civilization and the construction of a harmonious society, and affects the development of the comprehensive national strength of the country. It restricts the fate and future of the country, and has a bearing on the rise and fall of the nation. However, at present, the theory of citizenship literacy education of college students in our country is still immature, the system is not perfect, and the social practice activities are relatively lacking. The comprehensive effect of college students' civic literacy education is not obvious enough and so on. Therefore, the education of college students' civic literacy is still in a difficult position at present, which seriously hinders the improvement of college students' comprehensive literacy and the university students' influence on the country. Play a role in promoting social development. At present, civic education in our country is mainly aimed at young people. However, from the perspective of social and cultural subjects, As the future main force of the society, the college students need to strengthen the civic literacy education, which is an integral part of the education system, and its education should be directed to the citizens of all levels of society. The object of education should include young citizens and specific college citizens. This paper takes the public literacy education of college students as the focus of research, starting with the discussion of the connotation of citizen literacy and civic education, expounds the logical relationship between civic literacy education and civic education, and bases itself on the present situation of domestic research. Based on the theoretical achievements and successful experiences of western countries in this field, this paper probes into the general situation of the contemporary college students' civic literacy education and analyzes the reasons for the lack of the civil literacy education of college students. It is pointed out that it is necessary for the development of the society and the times to strengthen the civic literacy education of college students. In view of these problems, the citizen education of college students is taken as the carrier and the successful advanced experience is combined. This paper puts forward the theoretical conception of strengthening the path of citizen literacy education of college students, and constructs a multi-channel education model around its basic theoretical conception, which provides practical opinions and suggestions for the education of college students' civic literacy in our country.
