【摘要】：旅游管理專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)是高校實(shí)踐教學(xué)的重要環(huán)節(jié)，是學(xué)生將理論知識(shí)和專業(yè)技能與實(shí)際應(yīng)用相結(jié)合的實(shí)踐過(guò)程，也是學(xué)生踏入社會(huì)的一個(gè)重要過(guò)渡階段[1]。目前，國(guó)內(nèi)旅游管理專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)問(wèn)題的相關(guān)研究大多集中于實(shí)習(xí)管理問(wèn)題、實(shí)習(xí)效用問(wèn)題、實(shí)習(xí)模式創(chuàng)新以及實(shí)訓(xùn)基地建設(shè)等方面[2]。對(duì)于實(shí)習(xí)管理，既有的文獻(xiàn)以學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)心理的角度對(duì)實(shí)習(xí)管理的相關(guān)研究還比較單一，大多僅限于觀念層面，缺乏深入的分析和定量研究。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)自我效能感相關(guān)理論以及旅游管理專業(yè)酒店實(shí)習(xí)管理現(xiàn)狀分別進(jìn)行綜述，以旅游管理專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)生為研究對(duì)象，參考邊玉芳（2003）提出的學(xué)習(xí)自我效能感模型，結(jié)合旅游管理專業(yè)酒店實(shí)習(xí)的特點(diǎn)，編制出“實(shí)習(xí)自我效能感量表”。以此為基礎(chǔ)，研究運(yùn)用編制的實(shí)習(xí)自我效能感量表展開(kāi)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和專家深入訪談，，分析旅游管理專業(yè)學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)自我效能感的基本特征，并定量分析學(xué)生在實(shí)習(xí)過(guò)程中實(shí)習(xí)自我效能感與實(shí)習(xí)效果之間的關(guān)系。運(yùn)用實(shí)證分析方法分析實(shí)習(xí)生自我效能感與實(shí)習(xí)效果的關(guān)系結(jié)果表明，實(shí)習(xí)自我效能感的高低與實(shí)習(xí)績(jī)效呈正相關(guān)，且實(shí)習(xí)自我效能感可以較好的預(yù)測(cè)實(shí)習(xí)效果。其中，實(shí)習(xí)基本能力感與實(shí)習(xí)效果的關(guān)聯(lián)程度比實(shí)習(xí)控制感高。最后，本文在深入探究學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)心理特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合實(shí)證研究的相關(guān)結(jié)論，針對(duì)實(shí)習(xí)管理提供有效對(duì)策和建議，以期為我國(guó)旅游實(shí)踐教學(xué)提供有益借鑒。
[Abstract]:The practice of tourism management is an important link in practical teaching in colleges and universities. It is a practical process in which students combine theoretical knowledge and professional skills with practical application. It is also an important transitional stage for students to step into society [1]. Most of the related researches on the practice of tourism management in China are focused on the problems of practice management, the effectiveness of practice, the innovation of practice mode and the construction of practical training base [2]. From the perspective of students' psychology of practice, the existing literature is still relatively single, mostly limited to the level of concept, lack of in-depth analysis and quantitative research. This paper summarizes the theory of self-efficacy and the present situation of hotel practice management in tourism management specialty, taking the trainee of tourism management as the research object, referring to the model of learning self-efficacy put forward by Bian Yu-fang (2003). Based on the characteristics of hotel practice in tourism management major, the author has developed the internship self-efficacy scale. On the basis of this, the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview with experts have been carried out by using the self-efficacy scale of practice. This paper analyzes the basic characteristics of students' self-efficacy in tourism management major. The relationship between students' self-efficacy and practice effect is analyzed quantitatively, and the results show that the relationship between intern self-efficacy and practice effect is analyzed by the empirical analysis method. The level of practice self-efficacy is positively correlated with the practice performance, and the practice self-efficacy can better predict the practice effect. Among them, the relationship between the practice basic ability and the practice effect is higher than that of the practice control. Finally, the relationship between the basic ability of practice and the practice effect is higher than that of the practice control. On the basis of deeply exploring the psychological characteristics of students' practice and combining with the relevant conclusions of the empirical research, this paper provides effective countermeasures and suggestions for the practice management in order to provide useful reference for the tourism practice teaching in our country.
