高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)公正感問卷編制及測量

【摘要】:公正是最基本的道德和價值準(zhǔn)則,它對人們的觀念和行為具有較好的約束力;高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)問題日益突出,尤其是高校就業(yè)政策的轉(zhuǎn)變使畢業(yè)生面臨更艱難的就業(yè)形勢,但現(xiàn)有研究很少將這兩者聯(lián)系起來。然而,全面了解高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)公正感,不僅可以豐富和擴充公正感的理論研究范疇,而且還有助于指導(dǎo)畢業(yè)生有的放矢地進(jìn)行就業(yè)準(zhǔn)備,同時為國家制定大學(xué)生就業(yè)的宏觀調(diào)控提供依據(jù),因此,對高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)公正感進(jìn)行研究既有理論價值,又有現(xiàn)實意義。在已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本研究力圖解決下列問題:(1)構(gòu)建高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)公正感的理論結(jié)構(gòu);(2)編制高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)公正感問卷;(3)探討高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)公正感的特點。研究通過開放式問卷搜集初始問卷的題項,并檢驗了最初提出的理論構(gòu)想;通過對兩次預(yù)測問卷結(jié)果的統(tǒng)計分析,進(jìn)一步修正問卷題項,最終形成正式問卷;對正式問卷進(jìn)行質(zhì)量分析和抽樣調(diào)查,得到了如下研究結(jié)論:1、從就業(yè)機會、程序、結(jié)果以及人際關(guān)系四個方面,將高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)公正感分為就業(yè)機會、信息發(fā)布、錄用程序、招錄依據(jù)、所受待遇、潛在干擾、自我展示和綜合評價八個維度。2、高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)公正感正式問卷具有良好的信效度,可以作為測量高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)公正感的工具。3、高校畢業(yè)生在招錄依據(jù)因素上的公正感最高,在所受待遇因素上的公正感最低,學(xué)歷是對高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)公正感影響最大的因素。4、高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)公正感在性別和家庭來源上不存在差異,但男生在潛在干擾和所受待遇兩因子上的公正感顯著高于女生,城市來源的學(xué)生在潛在干擾和自我展示兩因子上的公正感顯著高于農(nóng)村來源的學(xué)生。5、高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)公正感在學(xué)歷和專業(yè)上均存在顯著差異。表現(xiàn)為:高學(xué)歷畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)公正感顯著高于低學(xué)歷畢業(yè)生;工科類畢業(yè)生總的公正感較高,而醫(yī)學(xué)類畢業(yè)生總的就業(yè)公正感較低。
[Abstract]:Justice is the most basic moral and value criterion, it has a good binding force on people's concept and behavior, the employment problem of college graduates is increasingly prominent, especially the change of employment policy makes graduates face a more difficult employment situation. However, a comprehensive understanding of the sense of employment justice of college graduates can not only enrich and expand the scope of theoretical research on the sense of justice. It is also helpful to guide the graduates to prepare for employment and to provide the basis for the state to formulate the macro-regulation and control of the employment of college students. Therefore, the research on the sense of employment justice of college graduates has theoretical value. It is also of practical significance. On the basis of existing research, This study tries to solve the following problem: 1) to construct the theoretical structure of college graduates' sense of employment justice; (2) to compile the questionnaire on college graduates' sense of employment justice; (3) to explore the characteristics of college graduates' sense of employment justice. Collect the questions of the initial questionnaire, Through the statistical analysis of the results of the two forecasting questionnaires, we further revise the items of the questionnaire, and finally form the formal questionnaire, and carry on the quality analysis and sample survey of the formal questionnaire. From the four aspects of employment opportunities, procedures, results and interpersonal relationships, we divide the sense of employment justice of college graduates into employment opportunities, information dissemination, employment procedures, recruitment basis, treatment, and potential interference. The formal questionnaire of college graduates' sense of employment justice has good reliability and validity, and can be used as a tool to measure the sense of employment justice of college graduates. The sense of justice in the factors of treatment is the lowest, and the degree is the most important factor affecting the sense of employment justice of college graduates. There is no difference in the sense of employment justice of college graduates in terms of gender and family origin. However, boys' sense of fairness in the two factors of potential interference and treatment was significantly higher than that of girls. The sense of justice in the two factors of potential interference and self-display of students from urban areas was significantly higher than that of students from rural areas. There were significant differences in the sense of employment justice of college graduates in terms of academic qualifications and majors. The sense of employment justice was significantly higher than that of low-degree graduates. The general sense of justice of engineering graduates is higher than that of medical graduates.
