【摘要】：隨著區(qū)域化的不斷發(fā)展，區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力成為決定區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要因素。為了提高區(qū)域創(chuàng)新能力、促進區(qū)域發(fā)展，各地區(qū)都加快了構(gòu)建區(qū)域創(chuàng)新體系的步伐。在構(gòu)建區(qū)域創(chuàng)新體系的過程中，很多地區(qū)都不斷地提升大學(xué)的發(fā)展水平和創(chuàng)新能力，使其在區(qū)域創(chuàng)新體系中發(fā)揮重要作用。研究型大學(xué)發(fā)展水平高、整體實力強，作為我國高等教育的重要組成部分，，其在區(qū)域創(chuàng)新體系中的重要地位得到了普遍認可和重視。根據(jù)我國區(qū)域創(chuàng)新體系的發(fā)展狀況來看，增強研究型大學(xué)在其中的重要作用是勢在必行的。因此，筆者選擇對區(qū)域創(chuàng)新體系中研究型大學(xué)的作用進行研究。 本研究從研究型大學(xué)知識創(chuàng)新、技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移、科技園三方面入手對區(qū)域創(chuàng)新體系中研究型大學(xué)的重要作用進行了理論分析和實證研究。理論方面，在明確了區(qū)域創(chuàng)新體系內(nèi)涵及結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上，闡明研究型大學(xué)的內(nèi)涵及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展趨勢，對區(qū)域創(chuàng)新體系中研究型大學(xué)的作用與問題進行了分析，之后又分別從知識創(chuàng)新、技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移、大學(xué)科技園三個方面研究了區(qū)域創(chuàng)新體系中研究型大學(xué)的作用模式。實證方面，本研究選取首都地區(qū)研究型大學(xué)為代表，從研究型大學(xué)知識創(chuàng)新、技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移的投入與產(chǎn)出指標入手，采用線性回歸、因子分析、單位根驗證等方法，對區(qū)域創(chuàng)新體系中研究型大學(xué)的重要作用進行了實證分析。在理論分析和實證研究的基礎(chǔ)上，充分肯定了區(qū)域創(chuàng)新體系中研究型大學(xué)的不可替代的作用，然后針對研究型大學(xué)面臨的主要問題，分別從研究型大學(xué)知識創(chuàng)新、技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移、科技園三個方面入手，從政府層面、企業(yè)層面、研究型大學(xué)層面等提出了增強區(qū)域創(chuàng)新體系中研究型大學(xué)作用的對策。 本研究是在我國積極構(gòu)建區(qū)域創(chuàng)新體系和加快研究型大學(xué)發(fā)展步伐的關(guān)鍵時期進行的，希望能夠產(chǎn)生一定的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。本研究以區(qū)域創(chuàng)新體系為視角對研究型大學(xué)進行研究，開闊了對研究型大學(xué)研究的新視野，同時也豐富了區(qū)域創(chuàng)新理論的內(nèi)容。此外，本研究將對研究型大學(xué)的發(fā)展與區(qū)域創(chuàng)新體系的建設(shè)產(chǎn)生指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of regionalization, regional innovation ability has become an important factor to determine the development of regional economy. In the process of constructing regional innovation system, many regions have continuously promoted the development level and innovation ability of universities. As an important part of China's higher education, research universities play an important role in the regional innovation system. According to the development of regional innovation system in China, it is imperative to strengthen the important role of research universities. The author chooses to study the role of research universities in the regional innovation system. This study analyzes the important role of research universities in regional innovation system from three aspects: knowledge innovation, technology transfer and science and technology park. On the basis of defining the connotation and structure of regional innovation system, this paper clarifies the connotation and development status quo and development trend of research universities, analyzes the functions and problems of research universities in regional innovation system, and then separately analyzes the knowledge innovation. Three aspects of technology transfer, university science and technology park have studied the role model of research universities in the regional innovation system. On the empirical side, this study selects the research universities in the capital area as the representative, from the research universities knowledge innovation, Starting with the input and output indexes of technology transfer, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the important role of research universities in the regional innovation system by means of linear regression, factor analysis and unit root verification. This paper fully affirms the irreplaceable role of research universities in the regional innovation system, and then, in view of the main problems facing research universities, starts from three aspects of knowledge innovation, technology transfer and science and technology parks in research universities, and starts from the government level. At the enterprise level and the research university level, the author puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the role of the research university in the regional innovation system. This research is carried out in the key period of constructing regional innovation system and speeding up the development of research universities in China. This research takes the regional innovation system as the angle of view to carry on the research to the research university, has opened the new horizon to the research university. In addition, this study will have a guiding significance for the development of research universities and the construction of regional innovation system.
