【摘要】：近年來,我國民辦學(xué)校規(guī)模迅速擴(kuò)大,但思想政治教育的發(fā)展沒有明顯提升。而民辦學(xué)校的學(xué)生在整個(gè)學(xué)生群體中占很大比例,因此,在民辦學(xué)校加強(qiáng)思想政治教育十分必要。目前在開展民辦學(xué)校思想政治教育工作中,雖有學(xué)校與教師的共同努力,但是收效并不明顯,需要進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)研究,分析民辦學(xué)校思想政治教育工作中存在的難點(diǎn)與困境,探討提高我國民辦學(xué)校思想政治教育的對策和措施,從而促進(jìn)我國民辦教育事業(yè)的健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 該文以進(jìn)一步完善民辦學(xué)校思想政治教育為目的,在理論研究與現(xiàn)實(shí)表述基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用多種分析方法,研究民辦學(xué)校思想政治教育。首先,提出了民辦學(xué)校思想政治教育必須加強(qiáng)不能削弱的客觀依據(jù)和理論依據(jù)；其次,著重分析在民辦學(xué)校的思想政治教育中存在的難點(diǎn)與困境；再者,進(jìn)一步探討了完善民辦學(xué)校思想政治教育的對策建議。 文章認(rèn)為：目前我國民辦學(xué)校在開展學(xué)生思想政治教育工作中,存在著以下難點(diǎn)、問題與困境：思想政治教育重視不夠,經(jīng)費(fèi)投入不足；教育工作模式單一,偏離人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)；創(chuàng)新觀念不足,工作針對性不強(qiáng)；專職師資力量薄弱,管理團(tuán)隊(duì)缺乏后勁；校園文化氛圍不濃,不利于開展思想政治教育。并探討分析了必須高度重視思想政治教育,加大經(jīng)費(fèi)投入力度；教育工作模式多元化,密切結(jié)合人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)；轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,加大工作針對性；重視師資建設(shè),打造思想政治教育團(tuán)隊(duì)；營造校園文化氛圍,優(yōu)化思想政治教育環(huán)境,以進(jìn)一步完善我國民辦學(xué)校思想政治教育工作。 文章的創(chuàng)新主要為：以民辦學(xué)校為研究對象,研究了目前民辦學(xué)校思想政治教育工作中的難點(diǎn)、困難與困境,探討高度重視思想政治教育工作,加大經(jīng)費(fèi)投入力度；教育工作模式多元化,密切結(jié)合人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)；轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,加大工作針對性；重視師資建設(shè),打造思想政治教育團(tuán)隊(duì)；營造校園文化氛圍,優(yōu)化思想政治教育環(huán)境,進(jìn)一步完善我國民辦學(xué)校思想政治教育工作。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the scale of private schools in our country has expanded rapidly, but the development of ideological and political education has not been significantly improved. It is very necessary to strengthen ideological and political education in private schools. Although there are joint efforts of schools and teachers in carrying out ideological and political education in private schools, the results are not obvious and need to be further studied. This paper analyzes on the difficulties and difficulties existing in the ideological and political education of the private schools, and probes into the countermeasures and measures to improve the ideological and political education of the private schools in our country, so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the private education in our country. In order to further improve the ideological and political education in private schools, this paper studies ideological and political education in private schools on the basis of theoretical research and practical expression, using various analytical methods. The paper puts forward that the ideological and political education in the private schools must strengthen the objective basis and the theoretical basis which can not be weakened; secondly, the difficulties and difficulties existing in the ideological and political education in the private schools are analyzed emphatically; moreover, the difficulties and difficulties in the ideological and political education in the private schools are analyzed. Further probe into how to improve the ideological and political education in private schools. The paper holds that there are some difficulties, problems and difficulties in developing ideological and political education of students in private schools in our country at present: insufficient attention to ideological and political education, insufficient investment of funds, single mode of educational work, Deviating from the goal of talent training; lack of innovation concept, weak pertinence of work, weak full-time teachers, lack of stamina of management team, weak atmosphere of campus culture, It is unfavorable to carry out ideological and political education. It is also discussed and analyzed that we must attach great importance to ideological and political education, increase the investment of funds, diversify the mode of educational work, closely combine with the goal of cultivating talents, change our ideas, and increase the pertinence of work. We should pay attention to the construction of teachers, build the ideological and political education team, create the atmosphere of campus culture and optimize the environment of ideological and political education, so as to further improve the ideological and political education work of private schools in our country. The innovation of this paper is as follows: taking the private schools as the research object, this paper studies the difficulties, difficulties and difficulties in the ideological and political education of the private schools at present, and probes into how to attach great importance to the ideological and political education and increase the investment of funds; The educational work mode is diversified, closely unifies the talented person training goal, changes the idea, strengthens the work pertinence, pays attention to the teacher construction, builds the ideological and political education team, builds the campus cultural atmosphere, optimizes the ideological and political education environment, We will further improve the work of ideological and political education in private schools.
