【摘要】：中國(guó)高等教育由精英化教育階段走向大眾化教育階段,這在教育領(lǐng)域內(nèi)引發(fā)了一場(chǎng)新的、極為深刻的變革。同時(shí)我國(guó)高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)制度也經(jīng)歷了由“統(tǒng)包統(tǒng)分、計(jì)劃分配”到“供需見(jiàn)面、雙向選擇”的變更。當(dāng)前我國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)形勢(shì)相對(duì)嚴(yán)峻,日益突出的供需矛盾,使建立不久的大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系呈現(xiàn)出諸多的不完善因素。高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)制度的改革和大學(xué)生就業(yè)的嚴(yán)峻形勢(shì),使得迫切需要完善當(dāng)前高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系。大學(xué)生就業(yè)關(guān)系著國(guó)家和社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定,也關(guān)系到千家萬(wàn)戶的切身利益,并影響著廣大民眾對(duì)高等教育價(jià)值的正確評(píng)價(jià),同時(shí)對(duì)大學(xué)生的人生價(jià)值和社會(huì)價(jià)值的充分實(shí)現(xiàn)也起著至關(guān)重要的作用;大學(xué)生能否充分就業(yè)關(guān)系著高校的生存和發(fā)展,因此高校必須采取有效的措施解決大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的問(wèn)題。在這種背景下,高校建立健全大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系對(duì)促進(jìn)大學(xué)生順利就業(yè)起著非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文構(gòu)建的大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系主要從高校自身的角度展開(kāi),以保障機(jī)制和運(yùn)行機(jī)制建設(shè)為體系的核心內(nèi)容,試圖從高校對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系建設(shè)的相關(guān)責(zé)任出發(fā),總結(jié)高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀與存在的問(wèn)題,提出合理化的建議與對(duì)策,同時(shí)試圖建構(gòu)完善的高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系。通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)分析、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和實(shí)地訪談,從現(xiàn)象入手,層層深入,發(fā)現(xiàn)高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系存在的諸多現(xiàn)象與問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而突出高校在大學(xué)生就業(yè)過(guò)程中所應(yīng)承擔(dān)的責(zé)任與義務(wù)。問(wèn)卷調(diào)查樣本來(lái)源于武漢理工大學(xué)、湖北經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院、武漢生物科技技術(shù)學(xué)院,在分析三所高校的大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系及其運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,提出高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系建設(shè)的思路與內(nèi)容；從高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)體系的框架及其特點(diǎn)出發(fā),著力完善大學(xué)生就業(yè)服務(wù)的管理體制,構(gòu)建人才培養(yǎng)與就業(yè)工作的協(xié)同機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)高校與社會(huì)就業(yè)信息溝通機(jī)制,從而為大學(xué)生充分就業(yè)提供強(qiáng)有力的幫助與支持。
[Abstract]:Higher education in China has changed from elite education stage to popular education stage, which has caused a new and profound change in the field of education. At the same time, the employment system of college students in our country has also experienced a "turnkey" system. The change of plan allocation from "meet supply and demand, two-way choice". At present, the employment situation of college students in China is relatively grim, and the contradiction between supply and demand is becoming increasingly prominent. The establishment of the employment service system for college students has shown many imperfect factors. The reform of the employment system of college students and the grim situation of the employment of college students, It is urgent to perfect the employment service system of college students. The employment of college students is related to the stability of the country and society, the vital interests of thousands of families, and the correct evaluation of the value of higher education by the general public. At the same time, it also plays a vital role in the full realization of college students' life value and social value. Whether college students are fully employed or not is related to the survival and development of colleges and universities. Therefore, colleges and universities must take effective measures to solve the problem of difficult employment of college students. Under this background, it is of great practical significance for colleges and universities to establish and improve the employment service system for college students to promote the smooth employment of college students. The employment service system of college students constructed in this paper is mainly carried out from the angle of the university itself. The core content of the system is the construction of the safeguard mechanism and the operational mechanism, and the author tries to proceed from the responsibility of the university to the construction of the employment service system for the college students. This paper summarizes the current situation and existing problems of the employment service system for college students, puts forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures, and attempts to construct a perfect employment service system for college students through literature analysis, questionnaire investigation and field interviews. Starting with the phenomenon, the author finds out many phenomena and problems existing in the employment service system of college students, and then highlights the responsibility and obligation that the university should undertake in the process of university students' employment. The sample of the questionnaire is from Wuhan University of Technology. Hubei University of Economics, Wuhan Institute of Biotechnology, on the basis of analyzing the employment service system of three colleges and universities and its operating status, puts forward the ideas and contents of the construction of employment service system for college students. Based on the framework and characteristics of the employment service system for college students, this paper tries to perfect the management system of employment service for college students, construct a cooperative mechanism between talent training and employment work, and strengthen the communication mechanism of employment information between universities and society. In order to provide strong help and support for the full employment of college students.
