基于系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的高校競(jìng)技人才培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:本文以系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)理論為支撐,旨在通過(guò)建立高校競(jìng)技體育人才培養(yǎng)的因果反饋和流程回路的思路,理順高校競(jìng)技體育人才培養(yǎng)關(guān)鍵因素的相互關(guān)系,從整體調(diào)控入手達(dá)到高校競(jìng)技人才科學(xué)培養(yǎng)的目的,并以寧波大學(xué)乒乓球隊(duì)管理為例,在調(diào)整相關(guān)變量對(duì)未來(lái)競(jìng)技人才培養(yǎng)系統(tǒng)的整體發(fā)展進(jìn)行模擬仿真。并在仿真分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)高校競(jìng)技人才培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行具有探索性意義的未來(lái)發(fā)展分析,以及未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)做出科學(xué)性的研判,制定出具有指導(dǎo)意義的未來(lái)高校競(jìng)技人才培養(yǎng)的發(fā)展策略。從而梳理出一條科學(xué)的高校競(jìng)技人才培養(yǎng)發(fā)展路徑,以及成功的實(shí)現(xiàn)高校競(jìng)技體育與競(jìng)技人才的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,建立起適應(yīng)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的、充滿發(fā)展“自組織”活力的高校競(jìng)技人才機(jī)制。 本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法,專家訪談法,系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)方法,建立了高校競(jìng)技人才培養(yǎng)系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,主要是由招生人數(shù)、畢業(yè)生人數(shù)、年報(bào)考人數(shù)、優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員入學(xué)人數(shù)、在校優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員人數(shù)、校資助經(jīng)費(fèi)、社會(huì)贊助經(jīng)費(fèi)、訓(xùn)練經(jīng)費(fèi)、運(yùn)動(dòng)水平、社會(huì)需求人數(shù)和就業(yè)環(huán)境構(gòu)成的高校競(jìng)技人才培養(yǎng)環(huán)境的因果回路關(guān)系。其中就業(yè)環(huán)境是回路中的最主要因素,這一因素同時(shí)受到畢業(yè)生人數(shù)和社會(huì)需求人數(shù)的影響,畢業(yè)生人數(shù)受招生人數(shù)的影響,社會(huì)需求人數(shù)受運(yùn)動(dòng)水平的影響,運(yùn)動(dòng)水平是訓(xùn)練經(jīng)費(fèi)和在校優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員人數(shù)共同作用的結(jié)果,訓(xùn)練經(jīng)費(fèi)受校資助經(jīng)費(fèi)和社會(huì)贊助經(jīng)費(fèi)的制約,在校優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員人數(shù)受優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員入學(xué)人數(shù)的影響,優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員入學(xué)人數(shù)是年報(bào)考人數(shù)和招生人數(shù)共同作用的結(jié)果。 本文以我校乒乓球運(yùn)動(dòng)員人才培養(yǎng)體系為實(shí)例,運(yùn)用Vensim軟件對(duì)模型進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)量化分析,來(lái)驗(yàn)證高校競(jìng)技人才培養(yǎng)模型的有效性和可靠性,并預(yù)測(cè)其未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),最后通過(guò)調(diào)控招生率、報(bào)考人數(shù)年增長(zhǎng)率、校資助增長(zhǎng)率和社會(huì)贊助增長(zhǎng)率來(lái)提出政策建議。 系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)方法是定性與定量分析的有機(jī)統(tǒng)一,是研究非線性復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)問(wèn)題的有效工具,非常適合高校競(jìng)技人培養(yǎng)環(huán)境體系的整體研究。從實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值上看,該研究將人才培養(yǎng)置于社會(huì)大環(huán)境中,運(yùn)用非線性分析工具研究人才培養(yǎng)環(huán)境的復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)問(wèn)題,突破了傳統(tǒng)人才培養(yǎng)僅以教育、教學(xué)為研究空間的局限,,使成果更具實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of system dynamics, this paper aims to straighten out the relationship between the key factors of the cultivation of competitive sports talents in colleges and universities by establishing the thought of causal feedback and flow loop for the cultivation of competitive sports talents in colleges and universities. The goal of scientific cultivation of competitive talents in colleges and universities is achieved through overall regulation and control, and the management of table tennis team of Ningbo University is taken as an example. On the basis of adjusting the relevant variables to simulate the overall development of the future competitive talent training system, and on the basis of the simulation analysis, this paper makes an exploratory analysis of the future development of competitive talent training in colleges and universities. As well as the future development trend to make a scientific study, to formulate a guiding significance of the future competitive talent training development strategy, so as to sort out a scientific university competitive talent training development path, And successfully realize the coordinated development of competitive sports and competitive talents in colleges and universities, and establish a mechanism of competitive talents in colleges and universities which is full of self-organization vigor and adapts to the socialist market economy system. Based on the methods of literature, expert interview and system dynamics, this paper sets up a systematic dynamic model for the training of competitive talents in colleges and universities. The model is mainly composed of the number of students enrolled, the number of graduates, the number of applicants per year, and the number of excellent athletes enrolled in the university. The number of outstanding athletes in school, the fund of school subsidy, the fund of social sponsorship, the fund of training, the level of sports, The causal loop relationship between the number of people in social demand and the employment environment is the most important factor in the loop, which is influenced by both the number of graduates and the number of social demands. The number of graduates is affected by the number of students enrolled, the number of social demands is affected by the level of sports, the level of sports is the result of the joint action of training funds and the number of outstanding athletes in school, and the training funds are restricted by the funds of school financial aid and social sponsorship. The number of outstanding athletes in school is affected by the number of excellent athletes, and the number of excellent athletes is the result of the combined effect of the number of students enrolled in the examination and the number of students enrolled in each year. Taking the talent training system of table tennis players in our university as an example, this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the system dynamics of the model by using Vensim software to verify the validity and reliability of the model, and to predict its future development trend. Finally, the policy suggestions are put forward by regulating the enrollment rate, the annual growth rate of applicants, the growth rate of school financial assistance and the growth rate of social sponsorship. System dynamics method is an organic unity of qualitative and quantitative analysis, is an effective tool for studying nonlinear and complex system problems, and is very suitable for the overall study of the environmental system of competitive personnel training in colleges and universities. This study puts the talent training in the social environment, uses the nonlinear analysis tool to study the complex system problem of the talent training environment, breaks through the limitation that the traditional talent training only takes the education and the teaching as the research space, and makes the achievement more practical value.
