【摘要】：大學生肩負著祖國發(fā)展的偉大使命，當代大學生既要有豐富的專業(yè)知識和技能，也應(yīng)具備積極樂觀的心理素質(zhì)、文明有德的道德品質(zhì)和健康蓬勃的身體素質(zhì)。大學生養(yǎng)成教育是高校培養(yǎng)大學生養(yǎng)成良好的思想道德品質(zhì)和文明禮貌的行為習慣。大學一年級是大學四年教育的基礎(chǔ)，大學一年級學生能否在此階段樹立正確的思想觀念、養(yǎng)成良好的學習習慣和行為習慣，將會影響他們大學四年甚至將來走向社會后的學習和生活質(zhì)量。一直以來，黨和國家都密切關(guān)注大學生的思想政治教育，養(yǎng)成教育作為思想政治教育的一個重要組成部分，是一種基礎(chǔ)性教育。因此，加強大學一年級學生的養(yǎng)成教育，不僅符合大學一年級學生的成長規(guī)律，更有助于實現(xiàn)思想政治教育的實效性。 本文以“大學一年級學生養(yǎng)成教育探析”為研究內(nèi)容，通過大量閱讀和整理相關(guān)資料，闡述了養(yǎng)成教育的理論意義和實踐意義，分析了養(yǎng)成教育的研究現(xiàn)狀，總結(jié)出大學一年級學生養(yǎng)成教育中需要提高的地方。文章從研究養(yǎng)成教育的內(nèi)涵入手，通過調(diào)查問卷的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計，分析出大學一年級學生日常思想和生活中出現(xiàn)的種種問題和出現(xiàn)這種問題的原因，并歸納出為提高大學一年級學生養(yǎng)成教育的實效性，需要通過發(fā)揮思想政治理論課的主渠道、主陣地作用，強化養(yǎng)成教育效果；對大學一年級學生加強法制教育，用制度規(guī)范大學一年級學生的行為，，使其行為有章可循；堅持以學生為本的理念，優(yōu)化校園環(huán)境，為大學一年級學生營造健康、向上、團結(jié)協(xié)作的良好氛圍；引導大學一年級學生正確認識自我，逐步培養(yǎng)他們自我教育、自我管理、自我服務(wù)的意識；統(tǒng)籌整合各種教育資源，形成全員育人良好局面等渠道，使大學一年級學生養(yǎng)成良好的學習生活習慣，促進大學一年級學生健康成長。
[Abstract]:College students shoulder the great mission of the development of the motherland. Contemporary college students should not only have rich professional knowledge and skills, but also have positive and optimistic psychological qualities. Moral quality of civilization and healthy and vigorous physical quality. The cultivation of college students is the cultivation of good ideological and moral quality and polite behavior habits. The first year of college is the basis of four years of college education. Whether or not first-year college students can set up correct ideas and develop good study habits and behavior habits at this stage will affect their study and quality of life after four years of college and even in the future when they go to society. Both the Party and the country are paying close attention to the ideological and political education of college students. As an important part of ideological and political education, nurturance education is a basic education. It not only accords with the growth law of freshmen, but also helps to realize the actual effect of ideological and political education. In this paper, the theoretical and practical significance of the cultivation education is expounded, and the present research situation of the cultivation education is analyzed through a large amount of reading and sorting out the relevant materials, based on the content of "the exploration and analysis of the cultivation education of freshmen in university". This paper sums up the places that need to be improved in the cultivation education of freshmen. This paper begins with the research of the connotation of the cultivation education, and through the data statistics of the questionnaire, In order to improve the effectiveness of the cultivation education of freshmen, it is necessary to give full play to the main channels of the ideological and political theory course, and analyze the problems in the daily thought and life of the freshmen and the causes of the problems, and conclude that in order to improve the effectiveness of the cultivation education of the freshmen, To strengthen the legal system education for freshmen, to standardize the behavior of first-year college students by the system, to make them behave according to the rules, to adhere to the student-oriented concept, and to optimize the campus environment. To create a healthy, upward and cooperative atmosphere for freshmen, to guide them to understand themselves correctly, to gradually cultivate their awareness of self-education, self-management and self-service, to coordinate and integrate all kinds of educational resources, In order to make the freshmen form a good habit of study and life and promote the healthy growth of the freshmen, it is necessary to form a good situation for the whole staff to educate people.
