【摘要】:隨著我國高等教育社會化改革的逐步深入,高等院校后勤財(cái)務(wù)管理中存在的漏洞和弊端日益凸顯,著嚴(yán)重制約了高等院校管理體制和運(yùn)行機(jī)制的改革,甚至影響到科研教學(xué)工作的正常進(jìn)行。后勤集團(tuán)作為高等院校重要基礎(chǔ)性和保障性部門,其財(cái)務(wù)管理工作的正常有序的進(jìn)行關(guān)系的整個(gè)后勤工作,,甚至是整個(gè)學(xué)校的運(yùn)行。針對與現(xiàn)階段后勤集團(tuán)財(cái)務(wù)管理與高等院校社會化改革存在的矛盾沖突,本文圍繞高校后勤集團(tuán)財(cái)務(wù)管理這一主題,以A高校后勤集團(tuán)為研究對象,深入分析了A高校后勤集團(tuán)財(cái)務(wù)管理方面存在的問題,并對后勤改革的可行性策略進(jìn)行分析,目的就是將A高校后勤集團(tuán)從一個(gè)以封閉型、供給型、福利型為主的高校附屬部門轉(zhuǎn)化成以企業(yè)贏利型、服務(wù)型為目標(biāo)的后勤經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)體。本研究對高校后勤集團(tuán)財(cái)務(wù)管理的革新和發(fā)展具有一定的理論指導(dǎo)和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the socialized reform of higher education in China, the loopholes and drawbacks in the financial management of logistics in colleges and universities are becoming increasingly prominent, which seriously restricts the reform of the management system and operational mechanism of colleges and universities. It even affects the normal conduct of scientific research and teaching work. As an important basic and guaranteed department in colleges and universities, the logistics group has a normal and orderly relationship with the whole logistics work of its financial management work. Even the operation of the whole school. In view of the contradiction and conflict between the financial management of logistics group and the socialization reform of colleges and universities, this paper focuses on the theme of financial management of university logistics group, taking A university logistics group as the research object. This paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the financial management of A university logistics group, and analyzes the feasibility strategy of the logistics reform. The purpose is to turn the A university logistics group from a closed type to a supply type. The welfare-oriented affiliated departments of colleges and universities have been transformed into logistic economic entities aiming at enterprise profit and service. This research has certain theoretical guidance and practical significance for the innovation and development of the financial management of university logistics groups.
