【摘要】：多學(xué)科、邊緣學(xué)科和跨專業(yè)的研究已經(jīng)成為世界科技突飛猛進(jìn)的關(guān)鍵。如何培養(yǎng)肩負(fù)現(xiàn)代社會經(jīng)濟(jì)文化發(fā)展歷史使命的創(chuàng)新型研究生,特別是如何加強(qiáng)多學(xué)科專業(yè)研究生協(xié)同創(chuàng)新能力的建設(shè),已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代研究生教育的重大任務(wù)和面臨的新挑戰(zhàn)。探討如何加強(qiáng)多學(xué)科專業(yè)研究生協(xié)同創(chuàng)新機(jī)制建設(shè),可以從對多學(xué)科專業(yè)研究生協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的組織形式以及激勵形式、資源配置形式、導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)形式、評價形式等方面,提出相應(yīng)的措施和建議,保證研究生培養(yǎng)的水平和質(zhì)量取得顯著的成效。
[Abstract]:Multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary research has become the key to the rapid development of science and technology in the world. How to cultivate innovative graduate students who shoulder the historical mission of modern social, economic and cultural development, In particular, how to strengthen the construction of collaborative innovation ability of multidisciplinary graduate students has become a major task and a new challenge of modern graduate education. This paper discusses how to strengthen the construction of collaborative innovation mechanism of multidisciplinary graduate students. We can put forward the corresponding measures and suggestions from the organizational form, incentive form, resource allocation form, mentor guidance form, evaluation form and so on. To ensure the level and quality of graduate training to achieve significant results.
