論研究生淘汰機(jī)制的德育功能

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)研究生招生規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,研究生淘汰機(jī)制已成為我國(guó)高等教育體制改革的重要內(nèi)容。然而,部分高校的研究生淘汰機(jī)制在具體踐行中出現(xiàn)了流于形式的局面。根本原因是研究生淘汰機(jī)制沒(méi)有充分與德育相結(jié)合,進(jìn)而發(fā)揮德育功能。淘汰機(jī)制和德育是一個(gè)雙向互動(dòng)的過(guò)程,為進(jìn)一步保障研究生淘汰機(jī)制的有效運(yùn)行,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)高校穩(wěn)定、和諧和可持續(xù)發(fā)展,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對(duì)研究生淘汰機(jī)制的德育功能的重視,以德育的視角改革淘汰機(jī)制,立足于德育的新內(nèi)容,積極拓展機(jī)制工作的新方法、新領(lǐng)域,通過(guò)整體德育功能的發(fā)揮為研究生個(gè)體和高校的發(fā)展提供新的契機(jī)。 完整的淘汰機(jī)制是為了引導(dǎo)和激勵(lì)研究生培養(yǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí),最終提高研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量而設(shè)立的,是培養(yǎng)人的過(guò)程,也是引導(dǎo)人、激勵(lì)人的過(guò)程,因而具有明顯的德育功能。具體表現(xiàn)為督導(dǎo)、激勵(lì)、懲罰和自律四個(gè)方面。然而,我國(guó)研究生淘汰機(jī)在發(fā)揮德育功能上存在現(xiàn)實(shí)困境,一定程度上制約了研究生教育的發(fā)展。 制約研究生淘汰機(jī)制發(fā)揮德育功能的因素有很多。但主要表現(xiàn)為四個(gè)方面:一是社會(huì)價(jià)值的誤導(dǎo),即社會(huì)上的一些不正之風(fēng)、功利色彩、腐敗等負(fù)面因素影響了高校的學(xué)術(shù)環(huán)境和學(xué)人素質(zhì);二是管理體制的缺陷,如淘汰機(jī)制實(shí)施力度不夠,評(píng)價(jià)體系不夠完善,缺乏相應(yīng)的監(jiān)督機(jī)制和善后機(jī)制等問(wèn)題;三是培養(yǎng)觀念上的誤區(qū),具體包括研究生培養(yǎng)單位認(rèn)識(shí)不夠、研究生導(dǎo)師存在的觀念誤區(qū);四是研究生主體的迷茫。 面對(duì)研究生淘汰機(jī)制發(fā)揮德育功能受制約的困境,采取有效的改革措施已經(jīng)刻不容緩。要發(fā)揮研究生淘汰機(jī)制德育功能主要從理論層面、制度層面、內(nèi)容及育人環(huán)境等多方面入手來(lái)提出具體路徑。理論層面,要強(qiáng)化各個(gè)層面對(duì)研究生淘汰機(jī)制德育功能的認(rèn)識(shí)。有了正確認(rèn)識(shí)的指導(dǎo),在制度層面,通過(guò)研究生培養(yǎng)“入口關(guān)”到“出口關(guān)”每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的制度改革來(lái)完善研究生淘汰機(jī)制。內(nèi)容上,要明確德育目標(biāo),充實(shí)研究生淘汰機(jī)制德育內(nèi)容,包括理想信念教育、創(chuàng)新素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)、合作精神培育和心理健康教育。同時(shí)要營(yíng)造以德育為依托的研究生淘汰機(jī)制實(shí)施的環(huán)境。只有從這幾個(gè)方面綜合把握,才能更系統(tǒng)、更有效地發(fā)揮研究生淘汰機(jī)制的德育功能。
[Abstract]:Along with China's postgraduate enrollment continues to expand, the graduate elimination mechanism has become an important part of the reform of higher education system in our country. However, on the part of college students in the specific practice of elimination mechanism appeared in the form of the situation. The fundamental reason is the graduate elimination mechanism is not fully combine with moral education, and then play the function of moral education and moral education. The elimination mechanism is a two-way process, to further guarantee the effective operation of the elimination mechanism, and promote the stable, harmonious and sustainable development, should strengthen the function of moral education of the graduate elimination mechanism of the attention, with the perspective of moral education reform and elimination mechanism, based on the new content of moral education. The new method, and actively expand the work mechanism, to provide new development opportunities through the play to the overall function of moral education for graduate students and universities.
The complete elimination mechanism is to guide and encourage graduate students to cultivate the sense of competition, and ultimately improve the quality of graduate students and the establishment of the cultivating process, but also to guide people, incentive people, so it has significant moral function. The specific performance of supervision, incentive, punishment and four aspects of self-discipline. There are many factors but is mainly manifested in four aspects: one is the misleading of social value, namely some social utilitarian unwholesome tendencies, such as corruption, negative factors influencing the academic environment and learning quality; two is the defect management system, such as the implementation of the elimination mechanism is not enough, the evaluation system is not perfect, the lack of corresponding supervision mechanism and recovery mechanism; three is to train the misconception, including post-graduate training units of graduate tutors are lack of awareness of misunderstanding area; four is a graduate subject of confusion.
In the face of the elimination mechanism play the functions of moral restriction of the plight, take effective reform measures are necessary. We should reform the elimination mechanism of moral education function mainly from the theoretical level, system level, many aspects of the educational environment and put forward specific path. The theoretical level, to strengthen the understanding of all aspects of the elimination mechanism of moral education function. With the guidance of correct understanding, at the institutional level, through the cultivation of postgraduates "reform the entrance" to "export" each link to improve the graduate elimination mechanism. The content, to clear the goal of moral education, enrich the graduate elimination mechanism of moral education contents, including the ideal faith education, the cultivation of innovative quality.
