【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的不斷加強,社會、人才勞動力市場、就業(yè)崗位從數(shù)量上對大學生的需求日益趨緊,質(zhì)量上則對大學生提出了更高的要求,大學生心理上承載來自社會、學校、家庭、學習、工作等方面的壓力,造成了畏難、抑郁、苦悶、孤獨等心理問題,嚴重影響著大學生科學的世界觀、人生觀價值觀的形成和全面發(fā)展。切實加強和改進大學生心理和諧教育重大而緊迫。高等學校要把心理和諧教育和思想政治教育有機融合起來,不斷豐富教育內(nèi)容,創(chuàng)新教育教學方式方法,著力培育和提高大學生良好心理品質(zhì),使之成為信念執(zhí)著、品德優(yōu)良、知識豐富、本領過硬的高素質(zhì)專門人才和拔尖創(chuàng)新人才,成為社會主義合格建設者和可靠接班人。我國高校思想政治工作的主要任務是培養(yǎng)大學生高尚的道德品質(zhì)和正確的理想信念,而大學生的心理和諧狀況,將對高校思想政治工作開展的效果產(chǎn)生重大影響.心理和諧教育的主要任務是解決大學生成長過程中所遇到的阻礙,大學生健康成才的問題,培養(yǎng)大學生和諧的心理機制和良好的情緒、意志,使學生更好地了解和認識自己,提高自我的價值認同感、成就認同感。有了意志品質(zhì)的和諧,才能把握正確的政治方向,樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀、道德觀。大學生是國家寶貴的人才資源,是祖國的未來、民族的希望,他們的心理和諧狀況如何,不僅關系到自身健康成長和全面發(fā)展,而且對構建和諧社會有著極為深遠的影響。 通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),本論文的具體結論有以下幾個和相應的對策建議。 (1).當代大學生的畏難、抑郁、焦慮和孤獨心理等問題日漸突出,這些問題使得大學生的心理和諧度逐漸下降,嚴重的影響了大學生的日常學習生活,并對大學生未來的就業(yè)也造成了很多的不利因素。 (2).造成大學生心理問題嚴重的原因是多方面的,與大學生所處的社會、家庭和大學生自身等多個方面的因素分不開。 (3).要想徹底的解決大學生的心理問題,促進其心理和諧發(fā)展,首先,應該為大學生創(chuàng)造一個和諧的社會環(huán)境,通過各種途徑來為大學生建立穩(wěn)定的學習環(huán)境和和諧的人際關系；第二,完善大學生的就業(yè)意識,給大學生樹立正確的擇業(yè)觀和職業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃意識；第三,通過各種途徑提高大學生悅納自己的潛在意識、自我意識,讓大學生能夠正確的面對現(xiàn)實,真正的提高大學生的自我抗壓能力；第四,建立和諧的師生關系,恰當?shù)奶幚斫處熀蛯W生之間的關系,使得學生能夠?qū)⒗蠋熥鳛樽约旱闹骸?(4).在處理大學生的心理問題時,應該遵循相應的原則,首先,大學生應該學會自我調(diào)整和相互接納；第二,同學之間應該相互友愛、相互尊重；第三,處理問題應該有自己的立場,不應該盲目的隨從。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society in our country, the demand for college students in terms of quantity and quantity of society, talent labor market and employment posts is becoming more and more tight, and higher requirements are put forward for college students in terms of quality. College students come from the society psychologically. The pressure of school, family, study, work and so on has caused psychological problems such as fear of difficulties, depression, depression, loneliness and so on, which has seriously affected the scientific world outlook of college students. It is important and urgent to strengthen and improve college students' psychological harmonious education. Colleges and universities should integrate psychological harmonious education with ideological and political education and enrich the contents of education. Innovating education and teaching methods, cultivating and improving college students' good psychological quality, making them become high quality specialized talents with high quality, excellent moral character, rich knowledge and excellent ability, as well as outstanding innovative talents. The main task of ideological and political work in colleges and universities in China is to cultivate students' noble moral quality and correct ideals and beliefs, and the psychological harmony of college students. The main task of the psychological harmony education is to solve the problems of the university students' growing up and the healthy development of college students, which will have a great influence on the effect of the ideological and political work in colleges and universities. In order to cultivate harmonious psychological mechanism and good emotion and will of college students, students can better understand and understand themselves, improve their sense of value and identity, and achieve identity. Only with the harmony of the quality of will, can they grasp the correct political direction. Setting up a correct world outlook, outlook on life, morality. College students are the valuable talent resources of the country, the future of the motherland, the hope of the nation, and how their psychological harmony is not only related to their healthy growth and all-round development. Moreover, it has a profound influence on the construction of a harmonious society. Through the research, the concrete conclusion of this paper has the following several and the corresponding countermeasure suggestion. Problems such as dread, depression, anxiety and loneliness of contemporary college students have become increasingly prominent. These problems have led to a gradual decline in the degree of psychological harmony among college students, which has seriously affected their daily study life. And the future employment of college students also caused a lot of unfavorable factors. There are many reasons for the serious psychological problems of college students, which can not be separated from the social, family and college students themselves. In order to solve the psychological problems of college students thoroughly and promote their psychological harmonious development, first of all, we should create a harmonious social environment for college students, and establish a stable learning environment and harmonious interpersonal relationship for college students through various ways; Second, improve college students' sense of employment, set up a correct sense of career selection and career development planning for college students; third, improve college students' sense of potential and self-awareness through various ways. So that students can correctly face the reality, truly improve the ability of students to resist pressure; 4th, establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, properly handle the relationship between teachers and students, so that students can take the teacher as their own confidant. In dealing with the psychological problems of college students, we should follow the corresponding principles. First, college students should learn to adjust themselves and accept each other; second, students should be friendly and respectful to each other; third, We should have our own position in dealing with problems and not blindly follow them.
