【摘要】：當(dāng)前,黨中央國(guó)務(wù)院十分重視大學(xué)生的思想政治教育工作,專門下發(fā)了《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的意見》,對(duì)做好新時(shí)期大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作做出了全面的安排和部署。新世紀(jì)的高校該如何面對(duì)新的形勢(shì),采取切實(shí)有效的措施,加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生的思想政治教育工作,即顯得尤為必要和迫切。 高校的思想政治教育工作者是高校思想政治教育的先鋒隊(duì)，是工作在高校學(xué)生工作第一線的學(xué)生管理者，肩負(fù)著促進(jìn)大學(xué)生德、智、體全面發(fā)展的重要任務(wù),是保證高等教育事業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展不可或缺的一支重要力量。因此，其自身思想素質(zhì)的高低直接影響著學(xué)生的健康成長(zhǎng)。做好高校思想政治教育工作,思想政治教育工作隊(duì)伍是根本保證，，高校廣大的思想政治教育工作者無疑是主導(dǎo)力量。因此,高度重視思想政治教育工作隊(duì)伍建設(shè),全面提升他們的能力和綜合素質(zhì)，充分調(diào)動(dòng)他們工作熱情和從業(yè)積極性，是構(gòu)建和諧校園的需要,也是解決高校思想政治教育工作隊(duì)伍建設(shè)現(xiàn)實(shí)問題的需要。對(duì)提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量，促進(jìn)高等教育健康發(fā)展具有重要意義。 近年來,由于高校的大規(guī)模擴(kuò)招,從事思想政治教育工作的多數(shù)是大學(xué)剛畢業(yè)就踏上這個(gè)崗位。由于缺乏社會(huì)閱歷、社會(huì)經(jīng)驗(yàn),很多社會(huì)問題和生活中的實(shí)際問題,只能是憑感覺和經(jīng)驗(yàn)開展工作,只能簡(jiǎn)單地以制度和紀(jì)律來管理學(xué)生。同時(shí)學(xué)校和社會(huì)在思想政治教育良性發(fā)展的保障方面也沒有做足功課，再加上許多工作者都是短期兼職,沒有更多的時(shí)間和精力致力于思想政治教育工作研究。另外，當(dāng)前社會(huì)各界對(duì)高校思想政治教育工作者的職業(yè)心態(tài)、身心狀況、發(fā)展前景的關(guān)注和重視不夠，職業(yè)倦怠成了制約高校德育工作和人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的瓶頸。因此高校思想政治教育工作者職業(yè)倦怠的研究對(duì)促進(jìn)當(dāng)前高校思想政治教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:At present, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the ideological and political education of college students. "opinions on strengthening and improving the ideological and political Education of College students" were specially issued, which made a comprehensive arrangement and arrangement for doing a good job in ideological and political education of college students in the new period. How should colleges and universities face the new situation in the new century? It is necessary and urgent to take effective measures to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students. The ideological and political education workers in colleges and universities are the vanguard of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. They are the student administrators working in the front line of the students' work in colleges and universities. They shoulder the important task of promoting the moral, intellectual and physical development of college students. It is an indispensable force to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of higher education. Therefore, the level of its own ideological quality directly affects the healthy growth of students. The ideological and political education work team is the fundamental guarantee, and the vast number of ideological and political educators in colleges and universities are undoubtedly the leading force. Therefore, we should attach great importance to the building of the ideological and political education work force and comprehensively improve their ability and comprehensive quality. Fully arousing their enthusiasm and enthusiasm is the need to build a harmonious campus and to solve the practical problems in the construction of ideological and political education team in colleges and universities. It is of great significance to promote the healthy development of higher education. In recent years, due to the large-scale expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities, most of those engaged in ideological and political education have just graduated from university and stepped onto this post. Due to the lack of social experience, social experience, many social problems and practical problems in life, We can only work on the basis of feeling and experience, and we can only manage students simply by system and discipline. At the same time, schools and society have not done enough homework to ensure the sound development of ideological and political education. In addition, many workers are part-time workers in the short term. There is no more time and energy to devote to the study of ideological and political education. In addition, there is insufficient attention and attention from all walks of life to the professional mentality, physical and mental conditions, and development prospects of ideological and political educators in colleges and universities. Job burnout has become a bottleneck restricting the quality of moral education and talent training in colleges and universities, so the study of job burnout of ideological and political educators in colleges and universities is of practical significance to promote the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
