【摘要】：分析高�？蒲袌F(tuán)隊知識共享社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)特性,認(rèn)為它是一個典型的1-模社會網(wǎng),并以某高校系統(tǒng)工程科研團(tuán)隊為例,假設(shè)科研團(tuán)隊內(nèi)成員之間每共同擁有一項科研成果,即認(rèn)為彼此之間發(fā)生一次知識共享活動,在此基礎(chǔ)上收集整個科研團(tuán)隊近5年的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建了該科研團(tuán)隊知識共享的社會網(wǎng)絡(luò);從整體網(wǎng)的視角對該科研團(tuán)隊知識共享能力進(jìn)行了具體研究,主要包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)黏性測量、中心性測量、核心—邊緣測量、凝聚子群,以及結(jié)構(gòu)洞測量等五個方面的內(nèi)容;對五個測量結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析并給出了提高高校科研團(tuán)隊知識共享水平的建議。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the characteristics of the knowledge sharing social network of the scientific research team in colleges and universities, and considers it as a typical 1-mode social network. Taking the scientific research team of a certain university system engineering as an example, it is assumed that each member of the scientific research team has a scientific research achievement together. That is to say, there is a knowledge sharing activity between each other, on the basis of which the relevant data of the whole scientific research team are collected in the past five years, and the social network of the knowledge sharing of the scientific research team is constructed. The knowledge sharing ability of the research team is studied from the perspective of the whole network, including network viscosity measurement, central measurement, core-edge measurement, condensing subgroup, and structural hole measurement. This paper analyzes the five measurement results and gives some suggestions to improve the level of knowledge sharing among scientific research teams in colleges and universities.
