【摘要】:胡錦濤同志深刻的指出:“一個有遠見的民族,總是把關(guān)注的目光投向青年;一個有遠見的政黨,總是把青年看作推動歷史發(fā)展和社會前進的重要力量。我們的民族就是這樣的民族,我們的黨就是這樣的黨!弊渣h的十六大報告首次將“社會更加和諧”作為重要奮斗目標(biāo)提出以來,構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會一直是在當(dāng)前和今后一個時期的主要任務(wù)。黨的十七大報告更明確指出:“構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會是貫穿中國特色社會主義事業(yè)全過程的長期歷史任務(wù)!备鶕(jù)《國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》,預(yù)計到2015年我國高等教育在學(xué)總規(guī)模將達到3350萬人(其中在校生人數(shù)3080萬人)。毋庸置疑,青年興則國興,青年強則國強。當(dāng)代大學(xué)生群體是青年人的杰出代表,勢必將成為未來國家建設(shè)的棟梁之才、構(gòu)建和諧社會的主力軍團。確如馬克思所指出的:“人格脫離了人,,自然就是一個抽象,但是人也只有在自己的類存在中,只有作為人們,才能是人格的現(xiàn)實的理念!币粋高素質(zhì)人才的首要標(biāo)志應(yīng)是人格發(fā)展上的和諧。當(dāng)代大學(xué)生只有具有了和諧人格,才能適應(yīng)社會主義和諧社會建設(shè)的現(xiàn)實要求,正確處理好個人與自然、個人與社會的關(guān)系。當(dāng)代青年大學(xué)生的人格和諧是構(gòu)建和諧社會的基礎(chǔ)條件,關(guān)乎國家的希望與民族的未來。當(dāng)前,適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展的新趨勢,深入學(xué)習(xí)貫徹十七大報告精神、落實科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,著力構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會,培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的和諧人格已經(jīng)成為貫徹好國家教育規(guī)劃綱要,落實好人才強國戰(zhàn)略,促進當(dāng)代大學(xué)生全面健康發(fā)展的一項重要課題。 本文通過梳理和諧人格的研究現(xiàn)狀,在吸取以往有關(guān)人格研究以及大學(xué)生和諧人格研究最新成果的基礎(chǔ)上,運用馬克思主義基本原理,對當(dāng)代大學(xué)生和諧人格培養(yǎng)進行理論分析,概括出當(dāng)代大學(xué)生和諧人格的基本內(nèi)涵,研究在當(dāng)前的新形勢下,推進大學(xué)生和諧人格培養(yǎng)工作的必要性、面臨的現(xiàn)實問題,并進一步提出培養(yǎng)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生和諧人格必須堅持的原則和必須處理的重大關(guān)系,探索培養(yǎng)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生和諧人格的具體路徑。旨在有效應(yīng)對國際國內(nèi)的形勢發(fā)展需要,深化對馬克思主義人學(xué)思想的理解,拓寬學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)于馬克思主義人學(xué)思想的研究視野,在準(zhǔn)確把握當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的成長成才規(guī)律的同時,積極探索高等教育規(guī)律,以期為新時期大學(xué)生和諧人格培養(yǎng)的研究工作提供新思路,為高校教育教學(xué)管理部門提供參考與幫助,為廣大教育工作者在實際工作中提供可借鑒的方法,有力促進當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的全面、健康、和諧發(fā)展,推動高校和諧校園建設(shè),提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,增強為構(gòu)建和諧社會服務(wù)的能力。
[Abstract]:Comrade Hu Jintao profoundly pointed out: "A nation with foresight always pays attention to youth; a political party with vision." We always regard youth as an important force for the development of history and the advancement of society. This is our party. The report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out more clearly: "Building a harmonious socialist society runs through the whole process of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics." According to the outline of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Program 2010-2020, it is estimated that by 2015, the total scale of higher education attendance in China will reach 33.5 million people (of whom 30.8 million students are enrolled in school). The group of contemporary college students is an outstanding representative of young people and will certainly become the pillar of future national construction and the main force of building a harmonious society. As Marx pointed out, "Personality is divorced from human beings," Nature is an abstraction, but people only exist in their own classes, only as people, Talent is the realistic concept of personality. "the first sign of a high-quality talent should be the harmony of personality development. Only when college students have a harmonious personality can they adapt to the realistic requirements of the construction of a harmonious socialist society." Dealing with the relationship between individual and nature and between individual and society correctly. The personality harmony of contemporary young college students is the basic condition of building a harmonious society and relates to the hope of the country and the future of the nation. At present, it adapts to the new trend of economic and social development. Deeply studying and implementing the report spirit of the Seventeenth National Congress, carrying out the scientific concept of development, focusing on building a harmonious socialist society, and cultivating the harmonious personality of college students have become the implementation of the outline of the national education plan, the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country by qualified personnel. To promote the overall and healthy development of contemporary college students is an important subject. By combing the present situation of the study of harmonious personality and drawing on the latest achievements of previous researches on personality and harmonious personality of college students, this paper applies the basic principles of Marxism. This paper makes a theoretical analysis on the cultivation of harmonious personality of contemporary college students, generalizes the basic connotation of harmonious personality of contemporary college students, and studies the necessity and practical problems of promoting the cultivation of harmonious personality of college students under the new situation. Furthermore, the paper puts forward the principles and the important relations that must be dealt with in order to cultivate the harmonious personality of contemporary college students, and explores the specific ways to cultivate the harmonious personality of contemporary college students in order to effectively meet the needs of the development of the international and domestic situation. To deepen the understanding of Marxist humanism, to broaden the research field of Marxist humanology in academic circles, and to explore the law of higher education while accurately grasping the law of the growth and development of contemporary college students. In order to provide new ideas for the research work of harmonious personality cultivation of college students in the new period, to provide reference and help for the educational and teaching management departments in colleges and universities, and to provide reference methods for the vast number of educators in their practical work. It can promote the comprehensive, healthy and harmonious development of contemporary college students, promote the construction of harmonious campus in colleges and universities, improve the quality of talent training, and strengthen the ability to serve for the construction of harmonious society.
