師范大學“三教一型”中學政治教師培養(yǎng)模式創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:21世紀以來,教師培養(yǎng)模式改革浪潮出現(xiàn),我國教師教育培養(yǎng)的基地——師范大學,正迎接著嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn)。為此師范大學正積極開展教師培養(yǎng)模式理論和實踐的探索和研究工作�!癤+X”的學士學歷教師培養(yǎng)模式和碩士學歷教師的培養(yǎng)模式逐漸成為師范大學教育改革的主要趨勢。近年來,湖南師范大學思想政治教育專業(yè)在國家級特色專業(yè)建設中,初步探索出“三教一型”中學政治教師培養(yǎng)模式,這條與中學協(xié)同辦學的新路徑,造就了一大批政治信仰堅定、師德素質(zhì)高尚、專業(yè)基礎厚實、教師職業(yè)技能一流、教改研究功底深厚,富有積極推進新一輪中學政治課程改革能力的“樂教、適教、善教的專家型”中學政治教師。 中學政治教師培養(yǎng)模式創(chuàng)新最終的目的是順應時代發(fā)展的要求和教師教育發(fā)展的趨勢,以素質(zhì)教育理論、終身教育理論、建構(gòu)主義理論等理論為指導,針對傳統(tǒng)師范教育的弊端:如,傳統(tǒng)教師培養(yǎng)模式的封閉性、單一性,課程設置的重理論輕實踐,教師來源渠道狹窄,教師培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量低;師范性不突出等,加強教育理論與實踐的結(jié)合,強化教育實踐的重要性,優(yōu)化教師教育課程設置�!叭桃恍汀敝袑W政治教師培養(yǎng)模式,正是中學政治教師培養(yǎng)模式創(chuàng)新中一個重要突破。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, the tide of teacher training mode reform has appeared, and the base of teacher education training in China-normal University, For this reason, normal University is actively exploring and researching the theory and practice of teacher training model. The "X X" mode of cultivating bachelor's degree teacher and master's degree teacher's training mode is gradually becoming a teacher. The main trend of educational reform in normal universities. In recent years, The ideological and political education major of Hunan normal University has preliminarily explored the training mode of the "three education and one type" middle school political teachers in the construction of the state-level characteristic specialty. This new way of cooperating with the middle school has created a large number of political beliefs. Teachers' moral quality is noble, professional foundation is solid, teachers' professional skills are first class, teaching reform research has deep foundation, and is rich with the ability of actively pushing forward the new round of political curriculum reform in middle schools, such as "music education, appropriate teaching, and good teaching", which is an expert political teacher in middle school. The ultimate aim of the innovation of the political teacher training mode in middle school is to conform to the development of the times and the trend of teacher education, guided by the theories of quality education, lifelong education, constructivism, etc. Aiming at the disadvantages of traditional normal education, such as the closeness and singularity of the traditional teacher training mode, the emphasis on theory and practice in curriculum setting, the narrow source of teachers, the low quality of teacher training, the inconspicuous nature of teacher training, etc. To strengthen the combination of educational theory and practice, to strengthen the importance of educational practice and to optimize the curriculum of teacher education.
