【摘要】：就業(yè)是體現(xiàn)個(gè)體社會(huì)地位的重要指標(biāo)，是女性獲得經(jīng)濟(jì)地位的重要渠道，也是女性取得男女平等的前提和基礎(chǔ)。女大學(xué)生就業(yè)的實(shí)現(xiàn)程度，是現(xiàn)代文明社會(huì)的重要標(biāo)志之一，是構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)必須解決的一個(gè)問(wèn)題。就業(yè)難是當(dāng)前女大學(xué)生所面臨的重要困惑，如果忽視這一問(wèn)題，將會(huì)造成我國(guó)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)上的人才資源的巨大浪費(fèi)，同時(shí)還會(huì)影響到經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，進(jìn)而引發(fā)一系列的社會(huì)問(wèn)題。為了提高女性人力資源的有效配置，更好地發(fā)揮女大學(xué)生這一人才資源的社會(huì)作用，緩解當(dāng)前的就業(yè)壓力，促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，提升民族未來(lái)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，本文對(duì)女大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的問(wèn)題，進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的研究，力求更好地解決女大學(xué)生的就業(yè)問(wèn)題。 本文以社會(huì)性別理論為理論基礎(chǔ)，重點(diǎn)在研究當(dāng)前女大學(xué)生就業(yè)存在的問(wèn)題，以女大學(xué)生就業(yè)難對(duì)社會(huì)的影響為主線(xiàn)，著力分析了在女大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的現(xiàn)狀、原因及解決對(duì)策。文章共分為以下四個(gè)部分: 第一部分是引言，闡述了研究背景、研究意義以及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述，總結(jié)各學(xué)派學(xué)者研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了本文的創(chuàng)新之處，闡明了本文的篇章結(jié)構(gòu)。 第二部分介紹了當(dāng)前我國(guó)女大學(xué)生就業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀，以社會(huì)性別理論為理論指導(dǎo)，對(duì)女大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的成因進(jìn)行了科學(xué)的詮釋。本部分重點(diǎn)分析了女大學(xué)生就業(yè)難對(duì)社會(huì)不同層面的影響。 第三部分主要從國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于女性就業(yè)的基本理論為支撐點(diǎn)，確認(rèn)了女大學(xué)生就業(yè)難這一社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)的存在，同時(shí)指出對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)中的性別歧視的研究，既有利于促進(jìn)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定，也有利于保障經(jīng)濟(jì)有效增長(zhǎng)。 第四部分綜合全文分析的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了解決女大學(xué)生就業(yè)難這一問(wèn)題的一些對(duì)策和建議，最終希望通過(guò)政府、社會(huì)、高校教育以及女大學(xué)生自身的努力，促進(jìn)女大學(xué)生就業(yè)問(wèn)題的有效解決。結(jié)語(yǔ)部分，總結(jié)歸納了全文的研究成果。
[Abstract]:Employment is an important indicator of individual social status, an important channel for women to obtain economic status, as well as a prerequisite and foundation for women to obtain equality between men and women. The degree of female college students' employment is one of the important symbols of modern civilized society. It is a problem that must be solved to build a harmonious society. The difficulty of obtaining employment is an important perplexity that female college students are facing at present. If we ignore this problem, it will cause a huge waste of human resources in the labor market of our country. At the same time, it will also affect the development of the economy and lead to a series of social problems. In order to improve the effective allocation of female human resources, to better play the social role of female college students as human resources, and to alleviate the current pressure of employment, To promote economic development and enhance the future competitiveness of the nation, this paper makes a further study on the employment difficulties of female college students in order to better solve the employment problem of female college students. Based on the theory of social gender, this paper focuses on the problems existing in the employment of female college students, and analyzes the present situation of the employment difficulties of female college students, taking the influence of female college students' employment difficulties on the society as the main line. Reasons and countermeasures. The article is divided into the following four parts:. The first part is the introduction, which expounds the research background, research significance and domestic and foreign research review, summarizes the research results of various schools of thought, puts forward the innovation of this paper, and clarifies the text structure of this paper. The second part introduces the present situation of female college students' employment in our country, which is guided by the theory of gender. This part focuses on the analysis of the impact of female college students' employment difficulties on different levels of society. The third part mainly from the domestic and foreign basic theory about the female employment as the support point, confirmed the female university student employment difficulty this social reality existence, at the same time pointed out to the university student employment in the gender discrimination research, It is not only conducive to promoting social stability, but also conducive to ensuring effective economic growth. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the full text in the 4th part, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of female college students' employment difficulties, and finally hopes that through the efforts of the government, society, higher education and female college students themselves, The conclusion summarizes the research results of this paper.
