高校體驗式道德教育研究

【摘要】:隨著時代的發(fā)展和社會的進步,個體意識開始覺醒,個體意識的覺醒導(dǎo)致了道德教育觀念的變化,人們越來越感到傳統(tǒng)的道德教育無論在教育內(nèi)容還是教育方式上都日益顯現(xiàn)弊端。因此,如何提高學(xué)校道德教育的實效性成為當前我國道德教育工作者們亟待探索和解決的重要問題。體驗式道德教育理論的提出給道德教育領(lǐng)域帶來了全新的視角和方法,為提高道德教育實效性提供了一個新的教育模式。 論文探討了高校道德教育實效性不強的原因,,認為高校道德教育實效性不強的一個重要原因在于傳統(tǒng)的知性道德教育本身存在的弊端,例如:評價體系單一化、教育方式形式化、道德教育內(nèi)容遠離生活世界等。在此基礎(chǔ)上探索研究了體驗式道德教育的理論內(nèi)容。論文認為高校體驗式道德教育的重要價值體現(xiàn)在:尊重教育對象的主體性、關(guān)注學(xué)生道德情感的形成和注重提升學(xué)生的主體反思性思維能力。論文重點研究了高校體驗式道德教育的內(nèi)容與實施方法,無論內(nèi)容與方法,都強調(diào)了受教育對象的主體性。在內(nèi)容方面,圍繞主體人的實踐領(lǐng)域,可以包含培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的主體性人格、增強德性交往能力、生成公民責任意識和養(yǎng)成生態(tài)文明德行等;在方法方面,探索提出了高校體驗式道德教育的五種實施方法,即情感疏導(dǎo)式、主題體驗式、情境感染式、項目攻關(guān)式和素質(zhì)拓展式等方法,以更加個性化、人文化、生活化和主體性的方式走入學(xué)生的內(nèi)心世界,從而提高道德教育的實效性。 論文主要運用了文獻研究法、比較研究法和分析綜合法等方法對高校體驗式道德教育進行研究,體驗式道德教育研究可以幫助我們更加深刻地認識道德教育的人本化需求,真正地回歸生活世界,從實踐中學(xué),促進教育對象主體間的靈肉交流。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times and the progress of the society, the individual consciousness begins to awaken, and the individual consciousness awakening leads to the change of the moral education idea. It is increasingly felt that the traditional moral education shows more and more disadvantages in both the content and the way of education. How to improve the effectiveness of moral education in schools has become an important problem for our moral educators to explore and solve. The theory of experiential moral education has brought a new perspective and method to the field of moral education. It provides a new educational model for improving the effectiveness of moral education. This paper discusses the reasons why the actual effect of moral education in colleges and universities is not strong, and thinks that one of the important reasons for the ineffectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities lies in the disadvantages of the traditional intellectual moral education itself, such as the simplification of evaluation system. Formalization of educational methods, The content of moral education is far from the world of life and so on. On this basis, this paper explores the theoretical content of experiential moral education. The paper holds that the important value of experiential moral education in colleges and universities lies in: respecting the subjectivity of educational objects. Pay attention to the formation of students' moral emotion and enhance the students' reflective thinking ability. This paper focuses on the content and implementation methods of experiential moral education in colleges and universities, regardless of the contents and methods. Both emphasize the subjectivity of the educated object. In terms of content, the practice field of the subject person can include the cultivation of students' subjective personality, the enhancement of virtue communication ability, the generation of civic responsibility consciousness and the cultivation of ecological civilization morality. In terms of methods, this paper explores and puts forward five implementing methods of experiential moral education in colleges and universities, that is, emotional guidance, thematic experience, situational infection, project tackling and quality expansion, in order to be more individualized and human culture. In order to improve the effectiveness of moral education, the way of life and subjectivity goes into the inner world of students. This paper mainly uses the methods of literature research, comparative research and analysis and synthesis to study the experiential moral education in colleges and universities. The empirical moral education research can help us to understand the humanistic needs of moral education more deeply. The real return to the world of life, from the practice of secondary school, to promote the object of education between the spiritual exchange.
